I called to list my vacation home for sale. I spoke with a agent who said he would call me back after investigated the property. I never received a call back. I guess they don't need my business. Would not recommend wasting your time with this outfit!!

I had some acreage that I had been trying to sell for over a decade. Sometimes for sale by owner other times listed by a broker. I reached out to Todd Brown at Fall River Real Estate and he agreed to take a shot at selling it. The lot wasn't even in his area but 80 miles away in Cottonwood.Todd saw the property finally sell while the local juggernaut agency in Redding could not get the job done. To them my lot wasn't worth their time. Todd was super responsive and knowledgeable. Every action that he needed to execute was done extremely efficiently. We were responsive but not nearly as quick as Todd. I felt guilty for the time he would call after hours or on a weekend. I swear the guy is always conducting business even if on a family trip. Thanks Todd, you are appreciated.

My family and I worked with a very nice gentleman named Leo. He very hospitable since we had traveled from out of the area for our meeting. He was very professional & it was truly lovely to learn from him about the property and the area. We look forward to working with him and this office with our future endeavors.

We've had the pleasure of meeting Todd Brown a few times now as we continue our search for what best fits our needs and I can say without a doubt Todd is the most impressive of all agents. He very well knows the history, geography, neighborhoods and he even knows almost every family that lives or lived in most of the houses as you drive around with him. He knows a ton about remodeling and has great vision that he gladly shares the experiences he has amassed during his life to help his clients. The most impressive thing about Todd is his activity and engagement with the word he loves to use the most, "community".
