We purchased the golf package and we were not disappointed. New owners and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent and the rooms were comfortable. The fountain in the courtyard made it a relaxing experience. I highly recommend this jewel.
Rooms: Clean and comfortable, TV could have been bigger.
Food & drinks: Food was cooked to perfection. Nice drink menu.

I ordered secret garden salad and it was very small, and they forgot the cucumbers..for $15 u would think u would get more than a few bites. .but I will probably not give much more business to the new fall river hotel, since my first experience wasn't great.

I’m sure the rest of the lunch menu is tasty, but the Fall River wild rice salad is exceptional. We had ours with grilled chicken, and everything was fresh, nicely presented, and an incredibly generous portion. We will enjoy it for at least one more meal. It’s the perfect solution for anyone with food allergies as it is wheat free and dairy free, and it’s vegan without the chicken. The setting is rustic and needs cleaning & updating eventually, but enjoy it for what it is and appreciate the history.

Clean room, amazing staff, outstanding food and pet friendly.....awesome place to stay the night. Not to mention, it's only an hour from Redding.

Stopped for lunch. Great place. I personally love the area. Will be back to stay a couple of days. Good food. My kind of people. A wonderful step back in time.

What a great find! Calling all Prime Rib lovers! Thick n juicy. Cooked to perfection. Tasty sides. Also had the shrimp avocado salad which is served on a platter big enough for two.
Safety: Barely saw anyone! Drove through town n only crowded parking lot was the pizza place at the east edge of town. I heard it's got a DMV with no wait lines!
Walkability: Near Fall River Lake which has many picnic areas and good fishing. There's a nice looking golf course too.
Food & drinks: This place serves local beef that locals come from miles to celebrate.

It's old school and very basic, but for the price and once you taste the steak you'll be very happy. Mom n pop spot that needs to stick around because they truly put lot of love in their food.

My husband and I stopped into the hotel bar/restaurant for lunch today while out for a motorcycle ride in this beautiful area. Our lunch was delicious! The staff and people in the restaurant were very friendly. The establishment was very clean and quite charming. Next visit we would love to stay at the hotel.

We stayed at the Fall River Hotel for one night at the end of August. The only things in the room that were clean were the bedding and the towels. There was dog food on the floor, the counters were sticky, food stains on the walls (there was a kitchenette in our room), the bathroom wasn't clean, and there were cobwebs several places in the room.I should have gone back and asked for another room, but I didn't want to stand at the bar and be stared at again by all of the bar patrons. (The hotel check in was at the bar.) So, we pulled out some sanitizing wipes and made the best of it.Rooms: We stayed at the Fall River Hotel for one night at the end of August.
