“I shopped at Hot Topic in my teen years and now my teens like to shop here. Honestly, in my 30's I still like to get some fun items here. Band t-shirts never go out of style. There are unique clothing items and novelty items which are good for gifts and room decoration. The staff are friendly and helpful.”

My store in Vacaville is dirty and they don’t have a friendly staff it seems more of a hang out for the staff. Zumiez in Fairfield is where it’s at.”

“I was so happy with the selection of bras and sizes available. So sick of other stores like only having up to 40 D. I'm a 40 DDD and found a bunch, some even on sale. They had nice colors and designs, not just tan like I always find elsewhere. The women working on the afternoon shift were really patient and sweet.”

“Loooved the visit today. Took my teenage daughter there to get sized for a bra and the ladies there were wonderful. Every single one. They took such good care of her and made her feel comfortable. “In addition to having a great selection of work pants, boots, shirts etc. They have a staff that is ready to go above and beyond. Luis assisted me in a return, I had grabbed tan dickies for work when I needed black. Luis came through for me and took care of the exchange on his end and even helped me in finding the new pants I needed! I am very thankful for work world and their kind and helpful staff, I know I'll be coming back for any future uniform needs!”

“Exceptional service! I went to the Brentwood CA location last week. Nobody greeted me. Nobody told me if there was a sale. Super cluttered store and the employees didn’t even appear to care. So, I tried on some cloths then left. The following weekend, I drove to this location in Fairfield and was greeted. I was told there was a sale. And also was even helped when I was trying to determine which pant to purchase. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location.”
