Travel from Stockton CA to this store in the store at the mall in Fairfield Area. Employees were rude, one of the employee rather sweep the floor and when I ask a question she told me I’m busy and starts dressing a mannequin, I felt so uncomfortable. My daughter felt horrible since she ask to go that far and was not able to buy the dress she loved due to their horrible attitude a lot of people that day left feeling that way. They didn’t want to look for shoes or other dresses. Overall horrible experience and the sad part they have very nice dresses more than other stores. I left so mad and never planned to go back to any of the stores. My daughter was so sad.

I had the most pleasant visit at the store today. Sophia help my daughter so much and it made her day!!! She was so sweet and helpful thank you Sophia for caring about my daughters event.

Im so disappointed in the customer service given at this store, manager and staff are unprofessional and rude to customers. I stopped by on 4/19/2022 to shop for a dress I was able to try on a dress but once inside the fitting room I could hear customers asking to try on items apparently that particular store NOT THE MALL closes at 5 pm it was about 4:30pm and the staff turning down a lot of customers and customers actually politely asking to be allowed to try on clothes since it was 30 mins before closing,what amazed me was the tone of voice and attitude from the staff. I’ve been here several times and never have I’ve seen the manager being nice or smile as well as the staff I’m very disappointed in this store truly I rather take my business to another store where my money and business is valued.

They have a great selection of clothing, shoes and accessories. Usually I can pop into their store if I can't find something online or want to try on a product for sizing. However, their return policy for in-store products is ridiculous, they only give you 14 days. What is the point of offering a convenience of in-store returns for online purchases if you're going to cut the return window down to half the time? Their clothing is also very overpriced for the materials and quality used, so those are the drawbacks I have with Windsor.

The manager needs more training. No customer service skill or friendliness. The store itself didn't have inventory. The woman who rang me up was pleasant. Check the dresses. Some are snagged and stained.

Super cute store but very rude employees. No one greeted my mom and i in. I felt very uncomfortable. One of the employees was doing something and yes i understand she was busy. But i walked up to her and asked her to get me a dress from up top i was not rude at all. But after i asked she seemed annoyed that i asked her a question right when i asked her a question “she said hold on I’m busy” and did not make eye contact or nothing. I saw that as rude because as a customer i would expect a different reaction. Sorry honey the store is cute but the workers were ugly. She made a really bad impression on this specific store in the Fairfield mall.

I came into Windsor with 10 minutes to spare to find an outfit for my birthday there was a Retail clerk name Andrea that was able to help me find the perfect outfit for me to celebrate my birthday in Bodega Bay. I was so grateful that she had so much style and knowledge of what to put together for me in under 5 minutes for that I am grateful that I was able to accomplish what I came for in a short and timely matter thank you again Andrea.

This is the best bridal boutique!! They literally treat you like family and all of the staff is so warm and inviting. Thy are excited for you and treat you like a princess. I absolutely would recommend this to any bride. Overall excellent service and the seamstress, Windsor is AMAZING!!!

10/13/20 So I don't even know where to start because I'm super appalled with the customer service and the awful experiences I've had at the Fairfield Solano Mall Windsor.... I've been shopping a lot online in general due to COVID-19, and limit my exposure to the public as much as I can- only go out when essential and necessary. Whenever I shop online with Windsor I drop a pretty penny online because of the fashion focus trends, quality, price point, and promos so I justify my purchases as such.... A bit about me, so this makes this post that much more substantial coming from someone who is from the fashion industry with Over 10 years of upper management; so I know what it's like to give exceptional customer EXPERIENCES, in addition to being very accommodating and flexible within reason when it come to dealing with anything from employees to customer experiences, and issues. This issue I'm dealing with makes my blood boil even more due to the economic state that we're in due to COVID-19 and businesses shutting down, I would think that a store manager would be accommodating to any request, within reason. Let's move forward to my unacceptable experiences starting from my first initial experience on 6/20/29. 6/20/20 The first experience I had with a Windsor free standing store was on 6/20/20- I was so excited due to there being a Re-Opening from the shutdown/ quarantine and purchased about $70 worth of clothing. My issue isn't with the Sunvalley location- it is with the Fairfield Solano Mall. Because I am a Windsor VIP customer I get emails every time there are promos, etc. So I saw that at Solano Mall they were Re-Opening on 6/23/20- with 20%off, so why not get the price adjustment of 20%? Anyhow, I remember going there not sure which day- but the Store Manager Andrea was the MOST RUDE, UN-EMPATHETIC, Non- Personable manager I have ever met. I asked her to please adjust for me and she made every excuse not to. Her first reason she just flat out told me she couldn't because it was from a different store. Than she told me she couldn't because the computer wouldn't let her. Mind you, to put this all in perspective that she's being this in-willing and unhelpful in front of employees and customer alike, so she's making me feel VERY UNCOMFORTABLE, and UNWELCOME... I couldn't wrap my head around what she was telling me so I kindly asked if there was a DM, I can speak to and at that point she was willing to call another store with another manager named Amanda... I believe she told me to go to the Roseville, or Folsom location. At the time I was living in Davis, CA so didn't mind. We made arrangements to get a price adjustment that Sunday, since Andrea at the Fairfield mall did not know how, or just simply did not want to. I'm thinking in my head I can't believe I have to make an additional trip to another location since I was there. I wasn't able to go to the mentioned locations and went to Fairfield on6/29 because it was the most convenient location for me- she was SUPER RUDE and gave me attitude the whole time doing the Price Adjustment.... Fast forward 10/13/20 I purchased well over $150 of combined purchases for the fall sale online which was 30% off. The 2 dresses I purchased was not my size and I was just thinking I could go to the closest location which was Solano Mall for me today, and guess who was there. Andrea the Store Manager. I honestly wanted to not deal with her, but like I said in the beginning I really limit the amount of time I am in the public and as a HUMAN, what power does she have other than her negative attitude to not let me enter the store. I kindly asked Kalia to do an exchange for the same exact= item just in a different size and she said her manager (Andrea) said NO it's Final Sale. I told her it said from the website Policy final sale was 40% off and I had only received 30% off unworn with tags attached literally just delivered to my home yesterday... She than told me to just return it online- OR her man

"RENTERS BEWARE" If I could leave 0 stars I would. As a business owner I put my company inside this terrible mall. The worse decision I have ever made. This place is always empty, dirty, full of homeless crackheads & meth addicts, rat infested, the food court sucks, security is bogus, the people in the rental office are a bunch of liars who can't even remember when tenants pay their rent, I mean it's a absolute joke. The worse experience I have ever had. DO NOT visit this mall. Stay away from this place. All of the major chains are pulling out of this place. You will thank me later for this review. Oh & I almost forgot, a lady was robbed & murdered at this mall on 2/5/2016. Also google the countless robberies that happen at this mall. STAY CLEAR.

Mall is complete garbage. Filled with homeless people and drug attics. A lady was murdered in the parking lot. Google it. If you are interested in becoming a tenant PLEASE Don't DO it. People In the management office are liars. The mall is unsafe. Save your money. This mall won't make it past the next 5 years. Take heed to this review. That mall is no good. Solano Town Center is unsafe. Oh & I forgot to mention the rat infestation that I witnessed while in the food court, Yuck

Man this mall is just as ghetto as Southland in Hayward or Shops at Hilltop in Richmond or Bay Fair in San Leandro. Service is extremely slow at a good number of stores. I don't come to this mall often because a) it's too far from home and b) nothing to buy.
