My wife and I just had a third job completed by Window Fashions Of Northern California. They are an exceptionally wonderful company to deal with in all respects. The employees that assisted us in this last design project gave us really good advice about the shutters that we were installing. The installation crew did a really good quick job, very clean very, respectful of our house and left everything in very clean order. We can’t recommend them enough.

They are the only company that would restring the Hunter Douglas Duette pleated shaded. This shade was very large and would be very expensive to replace.

Rarely do you find excellent customer service in conjunction with competitive prices but if you are looking for window treatments you need to checkout Window Fashions of Northern California. It started with Rep. Donna bringing out a huge selection of samples which really helped me since I am a very visual person. She had wonderful suggestions for certain applications and I am so happy with the end result in our home. The office staff is the best and truly cares about customer satisfaction. Everyone I worked with was helpful, knowledgeable and always followed through staying in contact . I really enjoyed working with Jennifer (office manager) who is wonderful and she was great at resolving my problem with one of the blinds . Their receptionist Mary is delightful and the greeting you get walking in ( or calling ) reflects the professionalism and just how nice they are. This is a company who shows that they stand behind the value of their customers. I highly recommend them !

I had Windows Fashion come out for the yearly follow up on my shutters. it's actually been over 2 years since they were installed. Due to Covid and others reasons I couldn't have them back out to my house. They always stayed in contact with me and worked around my schedule. When they came out they did an awesome job. They re-caulked every shutter and made sure every shutter opened and closed properly. Also replaced a shutter that had a minor defect. The crew was professional, courteous and wore booties before coming in my home. I definitely recommend them!!! I will used them in the future. Great customer care!! And that's hard to find these days.

Really know their products. Consultation was fast, professional. Quick and I was able to make my decision & stay on budget. No pressure either. My blinds came in and installed 3 weeks before I planned on! Will use their service again. Install technicians knew the new tech Apps to assist me with as well! Clear and concise communication. Nice I can open/close with my iPhone or the digital wall/handheld remote also. Great for others in my home as needed.

We used WFNC and MiSun for our downstairs window coverings back in 2015. Not a very good experience. We had a TON of issues with our Hunter Douglas silhouettes as they were wrinkled in various spots on nearly every silhouette. MiSun was not communicative after she received our money, and only when I reminded her I was an attorney did she wake up and try to do anything. Some form of "you have to live with it" and general lack of care was her vibe once she got our money, and I would never ever use their company again. To this day the silhouettes stick at the bottom and lift the paint off our window sills. We recently used a different company for matching silhouettes upstairs, and they were a far, far better company (BB), and they stand by their product and came out to resolve any issues we had. Hard pass on WFNC and MiSun.

I couldn't be any more happy with WFNC! A great company to work with. I was looking into getting shutters for my new home so I got a couple estimates and Misun provided the best estimate with the same quality products as the others. She was very knowledgeable and catered to my vision of what I was looking for. Awesome communication! Once my shutters were in, they were able to install a couple days later. The installer was great and didn't mind answer my questions while doing his job. Keep them in mind when you are doing your research!!

Ordered shutters and roller shades, which came out very nice. Worked with MiSun who was really nice and to the point in sharing their color options for our window treatments. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 because there was some dust and debris on our window sills and on the floor that the workers didn't vacuum and clean up upon completion of the project.

We contracted MiSun and her team to cover our new construction's windows and they did a fantastic job. We met with other vendors, but decided to go with her since she was effective in guiding us our best options for our budget. I really appreciate the time she spent guiding us, showing us the products, and providing suggestions what would / would not work for our rooms. She spent nearly half a day at our home and I can't thank her enough for it. When our builder replaced a missing window in our home, MiSun came out to San Jose a second time to give us treatment options for that window. It shows how much she cares about her customers. Her team came by to install our treatments twice -- the first time was for our original order of treatments and the second time was for the single window that our builder replace. During both visits the installers were respectful and worked quickly (also thanks for wearing shoe covers!). They were in and out of our home within 3 hours. I would not hesitate to contact MiSun again for any future window treatments and would highly recommend her.

We recently moved into a house that had Hunter Douglas interior shutters. Many of the tilt bar clips were broken and I was at a loss of where to find them since these particular ones were from early 2000s. On the HD website, it mentioned WFNC as an installer and I gave them a call hoping they could help me find the clips or point me in the right direction. I spoke to Mary on the phone and she said they could help. I went down and met with her and Jennifer. They were able to assist me in finding the right ones and even ordered the clips for me! They also gave a quick tutorial on the old shutters since we don't know anything about them. They went above and beyond when they didn't have to and that means everything! I really appreciate them and highly recommend them for your window treatments and any repairs!

Most professional people I have dealt with. MiSun was so great helping us choose our window covers and meeting us in a timely manner. Jennnifer at the office took the time to show us the different samples and price points. The installers came exactly on time as they have promised and windows at my new home fit perfectly. They really know their stuff and answered all my questions promptly. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality window covers. Very happy with the end result!
