I have 12 items in my cart and a box that has 25 cat food packets. The guy at self check says "you only have 15?" I said, I have 12 unless u count the 25 cat food packets. "Ya, you can't go here". Really Walmart? So now I'm in line, behind your understaffed check stands so you can send more people through self check. But when they go through self check after waiting 15 minutes, you have ur employees kick them out of line to go stand in another behind people with 2 carts. Excellent strategy, you deserve all the Shrink these self checkouts allow! Ridiculous.

Don't even bother coming here between the hours of 12noon-2pm. Its when they do their stocking so NOBODY has any keys and NOBODY wants to help you. The simplest things are locked behind a glass with nobody to help. That's why this place is stocked so well. It's not worth the hassle trying to get people to unlock $5 air fresheners. Biggest waste of time

Depending on the time of day, day of the week and if there are enough staff working the registers can make the trip to Walmart decent. I don't ever have high expectations when I come here. Just hope to get what I need without having to go anywhere else. For the most part haven't had any bad encounters and always able to get parking close to the entrance.

This place is a freaking nightmare. I came here to try and get a few things, they didn't have them. They were quite basic things I needed. Not just that, but I had them get soemthing that was locked up. THe process took 20+ minutes. After that, they had to 'escort it to the front of the store'. After waiting 20+ minutes in line, they didn't have it. At this point I was pissed off and just left. I ended up going elsewhere. I always try and avoid this place whenever possible.

Went to Walmart yesterday for weekly grocery shopping. What a crapshow. The ENTIRE store is out of grocery bags and expected everyone to carry all their loose items home with nothing to carry them in. Super ghetto, not that Walmart is anything fancy anyways. For a grocery store to have zero bags sounds like a lot of incompetence.

Last week I had to get 2 items from this WalMart & like ALWAYS I ended up with about 3/4 bags of stuff (Oops!). Anyway, since almost EVERYthing is locked up, I needed help and Sharon was the one with the keys. Sharon was SUPER helpful & patient with me as I needed her numerous times. But the big issue was when Sharon checked everything out, bagged all my merchandise, & gave me my total! Let me tell you, I did the most embarrassing thing I could do to myself!! By habit I attempted to pay for my stuff with a compromised debit card (a new one was on the way from my bank). WOW!! I felt SO Dumb!! And guess what, Sharon didn't even make me look how I felt [stupid]! She didn't judge me! She didn't seem to be annoyed for her time getting wasted or none of that! I will always remember her for her kindness & understanding. I don't even particularly like this specific WalMart! I actually cannot STAND coming here. But if everyone responded and gave great customer service as Sharon did that evening, it wouldn't be so bad. Thank you for HER! .

DO NOT USE WALMART GIFT CARDS HERE!!!!! I got a $100 gift card from my job! Used it and the cashier finally figured it out on how to use it, so I go back the next day and use the remaining $50 the whole line was held up because the cashier didn't know what she was doing. They canceled my transaction and I went to customer service. And that's where Sonja was at she didn't have a welcoming vibe at all!!! She's like what you need? I tell her and she coughing all over the place not covering her mouth! She had a hard time figuring out the card then had the nerve to say maybe it's a "fraudulent card" SMH I said no it came from my job as a gift!! Very rude! She FINALLY figured out how to use it. Looked at the bottom of my receipt and told me my balance on the card I just walked away. But do not purchase or use gift cards from Walmart!!! It's an horrible experience! They either need a training on how to use them or stop selling them!

Clean, but not well stocked. Lots of parking and reasonable amount of employees. The books and electronics areas can use a little extra help and update the selection.

What's up with Walmart they never have any items on the shelves and I'm curious why they still have 10 check out isles when they only have two open usually the Suisun one is better but never perfect I think I'm going to shop somewhere else and so many other people feel the same way

Above and beyond service from Melissa R Optician in the vision center. She was so helpful with helping find what we were looking for, and she was very nice. Best Walmart experience ever

1 star is too much. Apparently canceled my online order 10 minutes after I placed it.. when I walked in to pick it up the pick up area said it was closed even though it says it's open 8am-8pm.. it wasn't even 5pm yet. According to the email they flagged my account for fraud.. didn't elaborate or anything. And the employees were all in the back room.. nobody standing outside with the orders or anything.

Ordered John Wick Chapter 4 for curbside pickup. Arrived at Walmart at the designated time and location. Called the phone number for pick up. The phone rang and rang and finally went to voicemail. I tried calling again and the same thing happened. I went to the shipping department and showed the manager my email and order number. He said he couldn't find my order in the system. He directed me to electronics so I spoke with a person there. He stated they didn't have any copies of John Wick 4. I then spoke to the store manager who was absolutely no help. The manager stated that maybe the DVD had been stolen. No apology or anything.

This is a pretty good store or you can find a lot of stuff that you need to be careful in the food, make sure you check the expiration date. Just found something out with an expired in 2021 and it is now 2023. It's still on the shelf.
