It's 1:51 I've been waiting 20 minutes for a box of nebulizer refills (already in a box, just needs the label) and my doctor sent it to the pharmacy at 11:05. I waited 2 hours to ensure that it would be ready when I arrived... but no. "There are orders in front of mine" but my doctor sent it electronically 2.5 hours ago...

My interaction with Maryanne (Maggie Thai) was awful. She asked me very personal and inappropriate questions about why I wasn't prescribed a different medication as opposed to the one I was prescribed. She asked about the reason for the prescription and when I was due to have certain medical procedures. I felt violated but answered because I was trying to be patient. She told my prescription would be ready in 20 minutes. After 45 minutes, she called me to tell me that I would have to return tomorrow because she was unable to verify the prescription and that it was WalMart pharmacies policy to verify prescriptions for 1st time customers. I told Maryanne that if that were true, why didn't she inform me of this policy when she spoke with me in the store. I told her that she had been very inappropriate with me earlier and asked her for her supervisors information and repeatedly reminded her that this was her error. Also, that she asked me questions that I know she cannot ask me. She is a pharmacist, not a doctor! After discovering she was dealing with someone that was knowledgeable, my prescription was available for pickup. She needs to be retrained because after this fallout is over from the prescription crackdown is over, lawsuits are coming for unethical treatment of patients and Walmart pharmacies will be paying an exuberant amount for unfair treatment of patients. You're not a hospital.

Horrible horrible customer service. I was treated with distrust over the phone even after giving the head pharmacist all of my licence and work information. I even offered to text her an image of my CA state optometrist license and ID, she still didn't trust me. I wonder how regular patient's are treated. They don't like when you try to use any discounts for medicine. Go to Costco, they will treat you better.

This is regarding the ignorant, short, Chinese Pharmacist (not cashier) that was working today October 28 2018 around 2:15pm. She treated me as if I were a transient feening for their high. The b**** asked 3 times what city I lived in and asked the same questions multiple times. Insisted that I was getting my refills from the ER. Walmart, hire smart individuals who know English rather than d*** s**** miserable rude dirtbags who assume BS about their patients.

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! Worst pharmacy ever!! Staff very rude and incompetent. They don't even know what they're doing! They made me pay for the medicine saying that the insurance didn't cover it and a week ago I went to another pharmacy and didn't have any problem. This is my go to pharmacy! I won't go anywhere else. Today I had to get my medicine refilled and Mary was so helpful and kind! She also was very informative about my next refills and told what I needed to know about getting them filled quicker. Thank you all that work there at the fairfield walmart pharmacy!

Worst pharmacy around. They will not do what they say then blame you for it. I was being released by a hospital who wouldn't let me leave after surgery until they knew I would have the medication available, so the hospital case worker called in front of my family and I and was told that they would be ready in an hour. When I got to the pharmacy 2 and a half hours later they told me nothing was ordered and nothing was ready. They even went as far as to tell me that they never received a phone call about it even though the lady I was talking to was the same one that the hospital worker was talking to, after I pointed this out she told me to talk to the pharmacist who came over and said nothing was put in because "she" never received a phone call... After explaining the situation and threatening to call the hospital to tell them what was happening, the pharmacist then made sure to tell me that "she" never talked to anyone on the phone but "someone else" may have... The only other worker there was the first Lady who lied about it all and never put in the order, when I asked her why she lied to me and never did her job she literally walked to the back ignoring me and hid until the pharmacist was done filling my order 15 minutes later. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs if you can, there is a Walgreens across the street and a CVS a few blocks away. These people don't care about doing their job right even if it means putting your health at risk.

They are horrible!!! Staff and pharmacist does not listen to what you have to say, instead they cut you off and leave you hanging. Even if you have authorization from your insurance that a medication will be approved and you can get your medication they will tell you you cannot. PLE a SEEE space do not go here for any refills. Instead take the 10 minute trip and go to Vacaville.
