I used Walgreens online to schedule a COVID-19 vaccine for myself and a couple of my family members. When I arrived at the store, it took over 20 minutes just to tell me that they didn't even have the COVID vaccine. Why then, am I able to schedule through the website. What a terrible inconvenience. Do they not check what appointments they have for that day? They could have called and let me know well before the time I was scheduled to come in.

Slow service in the pharmacy department as if the staff feels it’s ok for people to wait without a courtesy “we’ll be with you or thank you for waiting “ opportunity to correct please it’s unacceptable

Did Walgreens forget about this branch? The kid who handled passport photo seemed aggressive, impatient and felt like he was overwhelmed. While he could be going through something, don’t add more stress to him. He was being stretched thin. My passport photos are horrible + I got passive aggressive customer service!

This store cancelled my same day delivery order twice for no reason. Then when I placed a pick up order for the same exact items, it went through and confirmed, but they reduced my toilet paper order from 6 packs to 4 packs. Then when I went to the store, there are still a lot of toilet papers in the aisle. After picking up my order, I returned to the store and grabbed 4 packs. The rude cashier didn't allow me to buy it because she said the store manager only allows 4 packs limit only. I told her that how come you didn't mention that on their App and allowed me to place my order. She said they have the right to limit it. I'm not buying all the toilet papers. I just need to stock up for a family of 7 for 2-3 months use since their location is out of my usual errand and my rewards cash is expiring this month, so might as well use it. And there are still alot in the aisle and it's not even the deal of the week item. Your store manager will put silly policy and you got rude old white lady cashier! Nice combination of very poor management!

They literally just ignore the drive through. You can sit there for 20+ min before they finally acknowledge you, and then they are incredibly rude when they do. Then you go inside, and you wait just as long.

Thank you to the first responders in the pharmacy at the stores in Vallejo and Fairfield, CA who stayed open while others walked off the job one day recently because they care about their customers.

The staff is rude to customers. No wonder these franchises continue to struggle and stay in business. I recently tried to call and reschedule a vaccination, after 20 minutes waiting without saying a word they hung up.

This is my first pharmacy after moving to Fairfield. I noticed that their service is slow, lines are long and they don't communicate well amongst themselves. I see them being rude to other people too. I stayed since I'm really patient man. Until I personally experienced their condescending manner. That's is why I switched to cvs. I'll never go back to this store again.
