Very, very, very good experience with this dealership. I'm not used to having such a hassle free car buying experience. They did everything right from start to finish - not what I'm used to with other brands. The dealership is located in an easy spot to get to off I-80. Overall, I give this two thumbs up. A+ - my salesman was Jaymes and the finance guy was Mike - VERY helpful and made it seamless and stress free - again try saying that with other dealerships. I recommend - 100% Jack - Sacramento

Professional, honest, no hard-selling, no sales tactics or gimmicks that makes the buyer feel uncomfortable. Pricing is transparent, straightforward, no haggling, no mark-ups and hidden surprises (the prices are fair). Brandon, our salesman, made a strong effort to ensure a smooth process for the buyer. Great first experience, way better than some of the other shadier dealerships we had been to.

We had a great purchasing experience. The process of buying the vehicle was quick and transparent. The sales team was friendly and helped us figure out the best ownership plan to capitalize on EV rebates. Appreciated that they also took the time to charge our new EV to 100% recognizing we had a long drive home.

Although they didn’t negotiate price at all or even throw in a $30 sun shade for buying a $30k truck, the process was professional and fairly quick.

I had a good experience here, the sales manager and Brandon were cool and easy to work with, they blew my deal out the door and were way better than Niello VW. It was an easy process getting a new 2024 Tiguan SE through them.

We recently purchased a used Audi from this dealership because we found it online at their dealership. They have a nice dealership. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Even with the back and forth they were patient and friendly. Didn't feel like they were pressuring us to purchase anything. I like that they send you vehicle info when you inquire. That they shared a tv screen with us to see everything we were discussing about the vehicle. It unfortunately took about 5 hrs and that's the longest we've ever spent at a dealership. I am taking into consideration they are a small dealership and seemed to only have one person there that Saturday handling the finance department. We were not the only ones purchasing a vehicle so there were people before us he was also helping so assumed that is why. I didn't like that they didn't offer any type of dealership warranty with the purchase. Most places offer at least 3,000 miles and 3 months at the minimum. Alexi was the person who assisted us from our original call to the buying part. She was great to work with and despite having to help others there as well.
Update 3 months later: after numerous phone calls and tries to set up an online account with vw credit we finally were told the reason we cannot is because we bought an audi so has to be with audi. I've never heard of having a loan through a financial company that follows the vehicle make and not who handles the loan. After a few attempts to use the maintenance package they sold us and stated we could go to an audi dealership we found out that we had to go to their vw dealership almost an hr away. We specifically asked about this when purchasing and they went to confirm and stated we could go anywhere. So we had to pay for it and manager stated we will probably need to cancel and purchase one through audi. I'm not sure because I'm still waiting for him to call me back to update me after a few days when he stated he would. They put a vehicle online and on their lot they hadn't completed their end with dmv so we had to give them the vehicle back to do it after purchase or take it ourselves, which we did, and wait for them to refund us. We were also promised a gas card at purchase because they hadn't filled the tank. Had to make a few phone calls to get it. Followed by more contact to find out where it was since they didn't send it after weeks when they stated they had. Sent $50 which covered half a tank pretty much but nothing for the time wasted getting them to do their job. Extremely disappointed with the whole experience, but mainly their lack of assistance for the multiple issues that were the result of them and apparently not even knowing what they sell their customers. Would recommend you go anywhere, but this dealership after our experience dealing with them. Being nice is great, but means nothing if you fail to resolve issues or do what you say you will as a business.

I had previously posted a 5 star review because initially things went smoothly. But then within a week I needed assistance with a broken eyeglass holder that was blocking my rear view mirror and wouldn’t stay closed. I sent emails to numerous people, and called , people were suppose to get back to me and didn’t. I finally discovered by going to a VW dealership near me that I was still under manufacture warranty and they processed the order for repair. During that conversation it was pointed out my extended warranty had a mistake saying my warranty was ending in weeks rather than years. I sent emails to finance, sales and management dept. on a Friday, said I wouldn’t be around on Saturday. Monday late afternoon no email or calls. I called using a different phone number to get through because I was just getting voicemails when I called with original numbers. I finally spoke to my salesperson who still kept making it sound like it sounded like I got everything done. I GOT THE INFO ABOUT THE EYEGLASS, I GOT THE INFO THAT THE WARRANTY WAS WRONG AND I AM THE PERSON THAT MADE THE PHONE CALLS TO THE VW DRIVE EASY NUMBER. I’m going to go back to the comments from my original review that I have deleted where my emphasize was on how I trusted this place. They destroyed that feeling. Also when I went to leave with the car and had questions about a error message on my dash to check tires and that I had experienced it with another VW and knew it needed to be reset, they couldn’t be bothered. Said it would turn off after driving. It didn’t I drove 1 + hrs to get home and had to read the manual to go in and manually reset it, they also couldn’t be bothered to help me understand if the wheels were locked or not because I have never seen a cap in wheels like that. After much insistence on my part it was discovered there was this little tool in the trunk that didn’t even look like a key that explained that was how to get the cap off. Now Jaymes and Michael were very friendly and nice with me buying the car. It’s all the stuff on the way out the door and after that brought the review from 5 to 2.

Mike was personable, honest, transparent, helpful, and friendly throughout the whole experience. I greatly appreciated the no pressure and patient approach he took while my and I settled on our first electric car. He has extensive personal experience with EVs and was able to provide personalized advice to ensure we’d hit the ground running. Thank you!

I appreciated the low-pressure approach and a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. I felt comfortable asking questions and Michael responded promptly--even by text after business hours! I also liked the eSigning option for the paperwork which allowed me to carefully review what I was signing from home. I put off buying a car for so long just because I was dreading the pushy car sales tactics and endless paperwork. I'm grateful that I went to Volkswagen of Fairfield -- it showed me that buying a car can be a low-hassle, even an enjoyable experience!

Drove up from the valley to look at a Nissan Quest this dealer had for sale as we were looking for more room for the family. Mike Rader was the client advisor who helped us look at the van, test drive, and review our options as far as financing. Nothing but positive to say about Mike as he helped us navigate the process with our two little ones in tow (he helped set them up with coloring supplies and made sure to check on if they needed any snacks!). We were an hour late getting out to the dealer which extended the time we spent out there, but we definitely appreciate Mike and the team being patient and helping us find a good finance option that worked for us!
