Customer service what? Absolutely zero nobody cares in this world all they want to do is sell you a new phone I've been a Verizon customer for years between this store and the Vacaville store there programmed to do Absolutely nothing they physically won't even touch your phone thwy treated me like i had a disease..i asked the question twice calmly and all they said was we can sell you a new phone i then asked what if the problem occurs with the new phone the girl looked at me like i was speaking a foreign language. So do not waste your time unless you're going to buy a new phone

Just awful. I had lost all my photos and videos of my recently deceased mother. They told me it would take FBI level tech to retrieve them. I went to the Verizon next door in the mall and the nice lady had them restored within the hour. Boooooo corporate verizon

My iPhone stopped sending/receiving calls and texts. After a little research online I guessed I needed a new SIM card and called the store today. I had a great tech person named Billy, who walked me through the entire process with patience, humor and skill. Thank you very much, Billy and Verizon!

POSSIBLE SCAM?I called this number and spoke with an agent by the name of mark. I addressed how my phone hasn’t been able to hear calls clear and he told me since I’ve been with Verizon for 4+ years that I have a complimentary line of credit I could use to send a replacement phone. The guy got my information address and after I was told I would receive a email shortly which i never did.. at all cost do not call this number. Not sure what is happening with this company but I will no longer have any services through them.I Would Give 0 Stars If I Could!

Terrible terrible terrible. Oh and did I say terrible???I walked into this store last Sunday and was greeted by Tyler who (told me) that he was the manager. As a former VZW employee I try my hardest not to go into the store for anything because well, they don't help you. The signal on my 7month old Galaxy 22 Ultra had completely gone out, I figured this was an internal antenna issue or possibly needing a new Sim. I performed all my resets etc before coming in and explained this to Tyler. In true Verzion fashion he said my phone didn't work because I had a payment arrangement ??? not true. So I paid the arrangement (that was not yet due) and phone STILL didn't work (duh). He activates a new Sim and then asks me if I want home internet (one track mind this guy). Why on EARTH would I want home internet when I'm here for a troubleshooting issue that 100% involves your internet coverage (light bulb real dim). I left after getting the new Sim, problem continued so I came back to order my replacement device (I'm still under warranty btw). He refused my help, told me all he could do was "sell me a phone" (also untrue) so I asked for his district managers information. He told me he didn't have one ????. BEYOND UNTRUE. He then gave me the phone number to Isaac which is apparently the actual manager. I called, left a message and received NOTHING from Isaac. Here I am in Los Angeles a wk later with the same issue. I was in and out of the store here within 10mins with my replacement phone ordered. So yeah, the store on gateway sucks. Tyler sucks. Isaac sucks. Good day

I was having an issue when I was signed up for a promotional discount that was not coming through. I was overcharged for 3 months and had previously come in for this issue the first time it happened. I was told that it should adjust next month and when it did I came in again. The manager Tyler listened and let me voice my issues with this recurring issue. He corrected the situation and even told me if the issue comes up again for me to please come back. I made a great choice in switching from T-Mobile to Verizon and the manager Tyler is extremely helpful!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff! They helped me pick out a new phone and activate it. There were a few issues with transferring the service but quickly identify the issue and resolved it! Thank you!

I came by to purchase a phone. The two employees who were there did not greet me nor acknowledged I was there. They did not even say, to the very least, " Will be right with you shortly." When one of the employees was finished assisting another customer. She asked if I needed anything. I told her, " I would like to purchase the Samsung Galaxy S21 +.. She looked it up on her tablet to see if it was in stock and she said , " No we don't." So I asked her, " So what do you have available in stock?" She barely looked it up and then she asked if I had a Verizon app and to look it up from there and order it for a pick up. And she also asked if I made an appointment because she said, " You have to make an appointment to purchase a phone." Well that is ridiculous. ! There were barely any customers there and I couldn't even just purchase a phone as a walk in. Bad customer service ! I will not be returning to this location again !

I wish I could leave 0 stars. Absolutely the worst customer service ever - consistently. I agree with the reviewer who says they will lie to you. They are more than willing to sell you a phone but it ends there. I wanted to purchase the new iphone from Apple because of the awful customer service that I get from Verizon.. and even that was an issue because Verizon would not communicate with Apple that I was an account manager. I gave in and ordered online based on the fact that Verizon rep said that would gladly help me set it up in the store. Of course that was another lie. In the past, I have received better help from the Vallejo store. I will see if that still holds true. I sure miss the days of being greeted with a smile and helped out by a human being.

Verizon has provided me with the worst service of any company I have ever dealt with. There is no way to reach a person that actually provides help.. Individuals are provided with good training and have fine personalities. However they are not capable of helping you. No one ever at Verizon has called me back. I believe it is against a company policy for any personnel to return a call to an individual customer. The company is clearly there to make a profit at the expense of the customers. If they spent more money on Customer Service then on marketing most of us would be more happy.
