Update: Sadly I returned to this store and the service was really bad. We arrived right when they opened but they had no one who could help us buy 2 phones we had already picked out online. We basically just needed a cashier. They told us to return in 2 hours when someone who could help us would be available. When we checked back early, the girl was there but was busy and told us to wait an hour. She was impatient and didn't care that we had already been waiting an hour and a half. Shockingly bad...I'm really bummed about this. I have three jobs and wasting time is difficult for me

All of my experiences, Verizon store Vallejo, have been great. New S24+, active watch 6, and Otterbox are very nice and work together well. The people are knowledgeable about the products and plans. Very easy to work with. Thank Verizon Store Vallejo.

Justin, Jesse and Solomon took care of me and my folks. We went into the store to take care of alot, initially 2 phone upgrades and a number transfer with a new phone. Thanks to the holiday promotions, we left with new phones along with tablets and a smart watch. The team walked us through everything and ensured we were satisfied before leaving.
