I do not recommend going to this place for any reason the customer service is completely unprofessional if u need anything go to autozone or the other napa downtown the vacavalley shop is terrible I don't know how thier still in buisness

I've heard form various people to not come here for several reasons. Now I understand why ; there's not respectfor customers that depend on they're customers? Wow please get better staff then the old man names Richard

I do not recommend going here for anything the staff is super unprofessional and rude and the managment doesn't help if u need any parts for your vehicle avoid vacavalley at all cost rather go to any other autoparts store

I've going to Napa Auto Parts - VacaValley Auro Parts for over 28 yrs and they have aways have great customer service. They away can find the Parts or Equipment you need for Your Vehicle or Truck.

Dont use this machine shop way overpriced service is great but priceing is off the chart for what they do I dont recommend because of that
