The worst & the most unprofessional staff Who is working in the passport department I had the worst experience She was so rude & mean and unhelpful, arrogant racist lady that I have ever seen she did not care to help even though I had appointment even the supervisor was rude and arrogant prison, none of them really care about the customers who comes there to get their passport. I have waited over 1 1/2 months to get the appointment & apply for my son‘s passport, and these people did not help me at all They’re just getting their hourly paid money, but they don’t really care and being professional and helpful at all I hope the staff and the supervisor change their Attitude & treatment towards people because none of them are nice & understanding They were So bad that I had to leave even I Waited for One hour standing in line and I Wasn’t helped at all rightly these people all needs to get fired. They don’t deserve to be working and serving the community with this kind of trashy attitudes and unprofessional.

Very disappointing service from the Fairfield post office, Pacific Estates community has been trying to solve an issue that started back on February 2024 and since then there has been little interest to help but instead, post office employees have been providing misinformation to the public regarding the matter, when the Pacific Estates Park has been in contact with the old Postmaster, the past office manager and the new post master that just came in a couple of months ago, but it seams there is miscommunication on how the situation is being handle by the park and the Postmaster, is there anyone outside this post office that can look into what is going on internally and help fix this office?

This place is the worst Post Office in Solano County. Not only most of their mail people are lazy, they will make all the excuses to not deliver anything from the mail and packages, the customer service is horrible too. A lot of people are waiting for their bills, letters and medications that are either going missing or delivered to the wrong address. They would even say they attempted to deliver packages when they forget that most houses now a days has cameras and ring doorbells that can record them. Unfortunately, the one who manages this office lack the understandings of what they signed up for when they wanted to work there. Shame on all of you and don't work for OT if all you're going to do is sleep.

Usually long lines if you go in the afternoon. Otherwise customer service is excellent and very knowledgeable.

This place offers the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Long lines are one thing, but once you reach the front counter, it's even worse. The two ladies at the front treat you terribly. Their attitude makes it clear they truly hate their jobs, and they project that negativity onto you. They have zero knowledge about mailing and are not at all helpful; they seem to prefer not helping at all. I'll stay far away from this Post Office and go to Vacaville instead. Ask for Michael over there; the service is much better. They treat you like family in Vacaville.

Worst post office ever. They lied and said they attempted to deliver my package. I know it to be untrue because I have a ring on my door and they never came at all. I’m very frustrated and upset.

Do not come here for walk in passports because they make the rules up as they go along. The website says walk ins 2-3 pm.What they actually do is come out at 1 pm and take 4 people to schedule appts between 2-3. Refuse to see anymore than 4 people. Everyday this number changes. They also only do walk ins Wed-Fri. Again their"rule."No where does it say these "rules" on the website to schedule. There isn't anyone to even call to discuss the process so you can be prepared. Instead you have to just show up and waste your time. Good thing no one has lives.I'm sure this review won't be acknowledged by the post office but hopefully it helps others from wasting their time.Just a quick recap if you need walk in hours for passports at this location:1. Wed-Fri only2. Show up well before 1pm. The 4th person today had been there since 1130.3. Line starts on left side once entering the main door. There's a white paper explaining their "rules" on the side of a cabinet.Hope this helps someone!

This office never answers the phone. I am starting to realize nobody works here. I had to call a different USPS to find out why the deliver driver did not pick up my package. I was going to post the video of showing the guy put my mail in the mailbox and not picking up the package. I don't want him to lose his job but at least do his job. Thanks to the Suisun USPS for finding out why the mail carrier did not pickup my package. This place is sorry. At least have a chat now online to better assist the customers. This is just ridiculous at this point.
