“I sold my car online to CarMax. They made a generous offer and I made an appointment to go to the store in Fairfield California. From start to finish the process was smooth as silk. I signed in with the business desk and they had me take a seat while they took the car for a test drive. When it was finished the called me to the desk and informed me that their original deal was still valid and asked if I wanted to accept it. I accepted. They said to have a seat while they completed the paperwork. They provided the paperwork I signed and they gave me a generous check. The whole process too less than one hour. Thank you CarMax!!”

“Bought a car a couple of weeks ago and their service and patience with me was outstanding. They had all the paperwork done and ready to go by the time I got there. Signed and out in 5 minutes. However, I did have a few mechanical issues. At first I was pretty upset about this but I let Jay know and after sending him a few receipts, he quickly and apologetically sent me $500 for the trouble. This is an 05 so I know older cars can have issues, and I did buy this "as is". Therefore, he had no obligation to reimburse me. Just goes to show their integrity and commitment to customer service. Definitely recommend these guys and when I'm in the market for another car, I'll be sure to check them out again.”
