“Great dealership for Jeep and Ram service. Definitely worth the drive from Napa to get the work done professionally, promptly, correctly, along with great customer service. There is a large waiting area with complimentary beverages and entertainment. We have three Jeep/ Ram vehicles and are so very grateful for their expert attention to the recall work on our Ram Promaster.
Today we had our Jeep in for a diagnostic test. We had no appointment but when we called they said we could come right on over. They ran the computer diagnosis, road tested the vehicle, made an inspection, and also replaced the key fob battery as that showed up by a code needing attention . We appreciate their extensive knowledge of the Jeep and Ram brands.
Today’s service advisor was Joey. He provided exemplary professionalism and a thorough understanding of all facets of the vehicle.

“We decided Labor Day weekend was the time to go looking for my dream car. A Crosstrek wilderness. I had been swooning over them since the first one released many years ago. Friday I spoke with Jeff on the phone and confirmed they had a few for me to check out. I showed up late that evening and he was with another customer so Dakota took us out for a test drive in both the Crosstrek and the forester. This would be my second Subaru and my very first brand new car. I was nervous and excited. The whole team at Fairfield Subaru made the process a breeze even with some tech issues around the computers and documents. I left feeling like I had the perfect car, I was shown how to use all the advanced features, I got a fair price and excellent financing. It was great to watch the team work together to make this a great experience. They were passionate about the brand and seemed to really want to make sure I was going to leave a satisfied customer. I did! I am loving my Crosstrek and can’t wait to get it on the forest service roads around Tahoe next weekend as an go out on my next backpacking adventure. I have my dream car and I had a great time getting there. When people do good work I think it’s important to share that. He answered every questioned and was willing to drive out to me just to show me the car. Unfortuntley after all was done I had to ask for a copy of the signed contract via text from Jermery and was told to contact the carmax I purchased it from. after speaking to the finance dept. I got the signed contract and account number to pay off the car. This all needed to be provided, once I accept the new vehicle.”
