I’m leaving a 5 star review because the majority of my experience has been good. I come to this UPS at LEAST 3 times a week and have been for the past year. I do so to drop off my packages. However, I did want to bring an employee to attention because she’s been passively rude and clearly doesn’t want to work there. Because I stop by so much and at different times, I can recognize each employee that does as well. There are many that are extremely kind (I dont know them by name but the African American lady is always the kindest and always makes sure to greet me, and everyone else is very helpful as well). But there is this one employee, she has short blond hair and is a bit heavyweight, and everytime I walk in she lets out the BIIIGGGEST sigh in the world as if I’m such an inconvenience. And I understand I can be because sometimes I bring a wagon full of packages that she has to scan in. But this is her JOB she signed up for! Plus my packages are pre-paid so the MOST she even has to do is scan them in. Nothing more. She’s always sitting in the back of the store and when she sees me or anyone else walk in, she makes it a big deal like it’s SOOO much work to get out of her chair and come help us. The thing is, I thought she was having a bad day the first few times. But this is an occurring instance and makes me not want to ever come back to the store when she’s working. Thankfully there’s a self automated drop off area, so when she’s there I just help myself instead. Today I had to do so, because when I walked in, she let out a huge sigh, and didn’t even bother coming up to the register. Crazy.

Horrible store, has stolen several of my packages each worth up to a few hundred $ each. I knew something was up when the employees asked what we were shipping/selling. Thinking of suing this store actually.

I had a wonderful experience at the UPS store in Fairfield. Me and my husband we had to do background check at this location. The employees were incredibly sweet, hardworking, and helpful. Their excellent service made my visit smooth and efficient. I highly recommend this location! Thank you very much!

Store clean and well stocked w/ supplies.

Efficient and easy, I don't normally return things they should me how to return an item and made it easy for me for next time I can return and item I will be able to do it myself, polite & generous staffs they were vey helpful.

Zero Stars - Worst customer service ever. The male behind the counter has no people skills, is very sharp with his responses and makes you feel like s*** leaving the place. Good luck to those thinking about using there services.

I wanted to return things to amazon, they have a free return through UPS. But they charge $3 for each label printing. Why? I'll print it myself and come if they charge that kind of money

This is the worst service I received from a UPS employee this afternoon 3/6/2023, i have a mailbox for as long as they have been open and a loyal customer. This employee (she must be few) was very rude and disrespectful. A customer was dropping a package while I patiently waited. As soon as the customer stepped out. This employee grumbled loudly that the customer should have known the package wouldn't fit in the box the customer used. I was still standing while she grumbled. I started to tell her what I needed, she wouldn't even let me speak, she told me I had to wait in a rude and loud voice. Another employee came by and helped me. I have options, and may move my business closer to my home.

I have been visiting this store for about a year now. The manager is hand's on when it gets too busy for her overwhelmed staff. That is impressive all by itself! All Staff are Polite, Very Friendly, And they will Bend Over Backwards to make your visit a smooth one. I adore the staff that works there, but have some suggestions for the OWNER, about things that most customers would LOVE to be changed eventually. Hopefully Sooner than Later, in many customer's Opinions. First, FedEx. You receive their packages, but won't send them out. Despite the fact that Safeway has FedEx Drop Off Area, that is really NOT convenient, and that a majority of customers want a "One Stop Shopping Experience." Standing in a long line at your facility in order to ship some UPS packages, and maybe, a Few DHL packages, is all fine and dandy. BUT, God Help The Paying Consumer who innocently TRIES to hand over the DREADED FedEx Package!! Or Even a USPS Package that your company won't accept completely, and can't give you a printed tracking # "Because, we don't process USPS Outgoing Packages or ANYTHING! "Just Chuck it in that White, Plastic Looking Bin at the end, before the P.O. Boxes, on your left hand side." This is an unfriendly & horrible business plan, which makes ZERO SENSE! And, "No Way Jose! This store won't/can't print out a receipt for USPS. I hold my breath as I pray that my $500 package will make it out of that unsecured area, called "The White Box." You Receive My Packages & Deliveries from USPS AND FEDEX on a Daily schedule ( Not including Sundays), why can't I make a Return Happen too, which should include a Tracking Receipt!? I don't think that you understand what these poor employees have to deal with! This includes, arguments, dissatisfied customers, AND POTENTIALLY, Putting your employees in harm's way, because they have to deal with some irate and irrational WANT TO PAY NOW, and GET MY TRACKING RECEIPT, because I have been waiting in this line too darn long! Do you even have WEEKLY STAFF Meetings? I am guessing; NOT. And it truly Shows. Some Newer Staff Members, don't even know, or direct the customer to go to Safeway in order to Drop Off and Obtain A Tracking Receipt (Proof Necessary to get a Refund or Exchange Done PROPERLY. And, MOST TIMES, we have to stand patiently in ANOTHER LINE; THAT IS IF THEY HAVE ANY STAFF AVAILABLE TO DO THIS JOB. Shipping is really NOT a Safeway "Thing". 2nd Issue; what is up, overcharging customer's with P.O. Boxes a WHOPPING $2.50 for the First Page, then 25-20 CENTS FOR ADDITIONAL Print-outs for Return Labels? Your P.O. customer's are Basically, your Bread & Butter, so to speak, and I call that STINGY. It's not like I wanted to print out a large novel, Or was trying to take advantage of your store. When I send my Shipping Label to your email, I'm pretty sure that your employee's Can Tell that it is, in deed, JUST ONE PAGE OF A SHIPPING LABEL! How much does ONE PIECE OF WHITE PAPER COST? 1/16 of a PENNY? I am seriously considering taking my Bread & Butter away from your store, and finding a more practical way to get my work done in a non stressful, non stingy, & SAFER ENVIRONMENT. And, I'm pretty positive that these issues have come up by other customers, who also took their cash to a different, CHEAPER, non stingy, all in one, Safer Shipping Store. You, as an owner, are NOT HELPING YOUR BUSINESS SUSTAIN ITSELF AND I DON'T RESPECT A BUSINESS OWNER WHO PUTS THEIR EMPLOYEES IN HARM'S WAY. WHAT IF, somebody gets so irate that a gun, knife, or something worse comes out, and people get hurt, or worse, get killed? Over something that could have, would have, should of been PREVENTED AND FIXED, BEFORE an Employee, or a Customer got hurt by someone that is clearly frustrated, angry, all they are seeing is RED? What's your business plan for Employee and Customer Safety? NOT GOOD! We are currently living in fear of "Flash Mobs"

Just dropped off a package and want to take the time to thank the lady that's been there a while. Her customer service is always consistent and makes my returns so easy. She's always quick, friendly and knowledgeable about the mailing system. THANK YOU!
