Their automated system is useless. Over the phone customer service is horrible only if someone rude answers the phone. UPS it’s time let’s get back to great service and great delivery.

Do not trust their hours, went there and they had a sign that said closed due to no manning. There was a lady that attempted to help me a little. Since I am receiving 2 packages, but she could only find one then said this is not even her job....So I do not know what her job is or why she was helping look through boxes, thinking about it she did not even have a UPS uniform on just a black tank top and green pants, and black sandals. but I'm still missing 1 box. Its sad i have to go there several days in a row in the hope that someone can help me that is actually doing their job.Edit: and UPS I did direct message you on Facebook, instagram twitter, and only receive bot auto replies and never a real person.

My wife had lost her wallet when she flew back to California and was scheduled to come back the following week, but without her Texas drivers license, she had no ID. So I went into the UPS store on Babcock Road here in San Antonio and I paid $52 to send her her passport and I paid for two day air and an extra $10 for a signature at the door. Her passport didn't arrive until the 18th and she had to go down to the UPS hub to get it because her flight was that day! It was on her way to the airport that she had to go and pick it up. Being somewhat frustrated because I had paid for 2 day delivery and it didn't arrive until Tuesday the 18th, it was supposed to arrive either Friday or Saturday. I went into the UPS store on Babcock and explained my story and was turned away. They basically said to call UPS directly they were not going to refund my money and they couldn't help me at all. So then I called UPS and they basically told me the same thing that I needed to go back to the store for a refund, I think both UPS and this particular UPS store on Babcock give terrible service they do not care about their customers they simply want to get your money. The only thing that's guaranteed is overnight service and that would've cost me more than $90 I will not give UPS my business any longer. I will be going to FedEx from here on out and as for the UPS store on Babcock, you guys suck!

Worst Customer Service of all these companies. Actually, non-existing. If there is a way to talk to a person on the phone, I am still yet to find it. Their automated system is worthless.

Every experience I've ever had with UPS has been nightmare. If the delivery is on a Friday I know they're going to skip it and go home early, claiming an "attempt was made" even when my stuff didn't need a signature. When I have my packages held at the local dist center the people have always been super rude and not helpful at all. I've already started boycotting any business that uses them because of the difficulties in dealing with UPS and NOW THEY'RE CHARGING MINIMUM 6 BUCKS TO HOLD MY PACKAGE AT THE DIST CENTER to then be disrespected while I'm driving to get my package instead of them doing what I paid them to do. The recent story with them is I paid an extra 20 bucks to have it delivered Saturday (because who the fff has time so sit and wait for them and their 5 hour delivery window when people have jobs) and it's now Tuesday, had to pay another 6 bucks to have them hold it at the center and it's tracking says "delivery date provided asap"

I've been waiting at my door waiting for the delivery of my package, estimated at the latest 7:00pm. 7:17pm rolls around and I saw the UPS driver in his vehicle slow down in front of my house, then drive off.... How is this even allowed? Even for a UPS "my choice" subscriber.... Even direct messaged UPS on Twitter and Instagram account just like the reply said.... Still nothing

I had to ship International and never did before through UPS. The staff was very helpful. They walked me through and advised me when filling out the paperwork.
Also, Standard International is available here. The UPS stores only ship Overnight International, which is substantial more expensive!

My dog's ashes were supposed to be delivered on the 29th. Took off work so I would be home all day. Around 5pm, I checked my phone to see if there was a tracking update and it shows a delivery was attempted. No knock, doorbell did not ring. Found the scribbled note along with another package by the front door. Called the distribution center to inform them of the issue and ask the driver to redeliver. Driver refused and said he rang the doorbell and waited. Impossible since my house isn't very big and my kids, who were playing in the front room, heard nothing. They are young and freak out every time there is a delivery. We were informed the package would be taken to the local UPS store. It wasn't delivered Friday evening or Saturday morning. Requested that they attempt to redeliver the package, no update was made. They are keeping my dog's ashes at the distribution center all weekend? Attempted to contact them 10 times today with no response. The gentleman from the UPS Store also tried calling all day with no luck. To say I'm angry is an understatement. The lack of care from UPS and lack of effort on behalf of the driver is shameful.Update: reached out as requested and was given the runaround with no assistance or accountability. What a joke.

Very helpful customer service. I had an order from Home Desperate that I needed to arrive on time to install the parts in a limited time window. Home Desperate refused to accept the delivery of stuff ordered from their web site, so I was about to be in a pinch. The UPS customer service guy was able to get the parts set aside so I could pick them up the night after the delivery was refused, saving me a huge hassle.
