Home Depot contracts with Blocktops in Sacramento. Three hours after I had my countertops torn out, Blocktops says they aren't going to install my countertops and home depot is like, oh well, here's your money back. Two and a half months later can't find anyone to install my countertops. I have no sink, no countertops and my new dishwasher is sitting out in the garage cause Blocktops said to have all my appliances on site.

Tried to return online purchase- waited for over half hour - never received service. Line out the door for returns. One employee by herself- no help. Phone ringing entire time. Absolutely horrible customer service. Difficult to get help with anything there

Overall they have a pretty wide Selection of garden tools, plants and flowers. Most of the things you need for around the house that's not at a grocery store you'll more than likely find here.. however the worker in the garden section Angelina's customer service wasn't customer servicin lol. She was not happy to be at work at all she was very rude not one smile not one hello. It was just quick and convenient to go to her. She is really the only reason why you guys got three stars or else I would've gave a better review because the store is immaculate. Sad that the customer service brought down the places review. Watch who you hire it affects your business.

Excellent customer service. When we were looking for the Ryobi tool kit and thought it was sold out. Beverly stop and ask if we need help with anything. Her help made our shopping a breeze. She saves us trouble buying it online. She directly shows us the location of the item. It's rare to find a worker like that. Usually, I get when I shop is the employee will tell me the aisle number. She was above and beyond.

After 3 years of researching cost and installation for my kitchen countertop, I decided to give this box store a shot. Simple installation of a kitchen countertops and sink. I would like to say, I am very satisfied with the outcome. I purched my countertop installation in March. The process was simple and straightforward. Shatha and Christine was friendly, informative and straightforward with time-line and installation. I also paid for plumbing installation with Home Depot. Soon after the fabricator, Block Top contacted me to pick out my slab and a tentative date for installation. The ladies at Block Top (Stephanie, Bernice, Jen and Mariam)were friendly, informative and very patient with all my questions and concerns. The installer were friendly, and informative during installation and cleaned up the spa Alicia at Home Depot, great team.

Onlineapp says things are in stock when they are not. Not sure if the problem is number of carts or collecting carts - but every single time I come to this home depot, it's a wild goose chance to find a cart to take in with me. Always had good interactions with their staff.

Went into Home Depot to look for an outdoor extension cord. The one I needed wasn't in stock. Fortunately I kept to my list and didn't buy anything that I didn't come for. Walking through the store gets your creative juices going. I did see a door I would like to replace my current door with but I kept going. They had a very nice plant selection

This store has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I went on line to see if they listed the product. The web show no listing , but I have been at the store several times to locate the item located in the back yard area. The store assistant in retrieved them for me. I called today to see if the items were still available for purchase. After being placed on hold for 15 mins and then disconnected I called the pro desk. Placed on another hold. , which eventually never responded back. Called back the store number and was placed on a computerized system asking what I needed. Responded by "Product Availability " The system couldn't identify my product because they wanted a skew number . I requested a Representative .Another couple minutes of elevator music and a live store rep. Answered. I asked if they still had the product in stock. Again, she checked the computer and informed me that it wasn't listing in inventory. I informed her that in the past they had to retrieve it from the salvage area behind the garden center. She said that she would transfer back to the garden center. The phone again ranged for several minutes with no answer. After several minutes waiting for a rep. To pick up , the line was trucked and I was left with a dail tone. I found throughout the dealings with this store that the competency of the store's rep. In inventory or items location is none existing. I find that the average customer knows more about items , especially when shopping there frequently, than the employees . The store needs to educate or train their employees in customer service skills.

Home Depot is the place to be!! The plants are nice and ready to be displayed In your yard. Also come here to get what you need to keep them looking good. Check it was very easy especially now since I'm a little scan the military discount on the app works great

I was at Home Depot Fairfield to purchase a soap dispenser. Then I noticed that the price in the aisle is different when we scan the item. Then we went to customer service and the lady Kyle(female) she was rude when I said the price is different she was banging and banging her scanner and I told her if she is mad or what. She had an awful attitude. This happened yesterday around 5:30pm

This Home Depot rocks! Just moved here and what a relief to find employees willing to help. Jacob in the electrical area gave me excellent advice and was quite knowledgeable. I listened to his advice and suggestion to read the literature before proceeding. The Multimeter in the technician kit worked like a charm, plus the voltage tester has great features. He guided me to the correct sections for other purchases. Having an item in the security cage, I had the pleasure of the excellent service provided by the two women (did not get their names) working the Pro Checkout (12/28/21 ~6-6:30pm), who were extremely efficient, professional and friendly. They handled a quite busy checkout with finesse. These 3 are an example of exceptional employees.

I would not recommend anyone to come and visit this store the AP threaten to have have my vehicle towed when I park in a yellow zone California code 10.46.0.40 says that I can park there if I am loading or unloading my vehicles I was planning on buying some wood but because I was threaten to have my vehicle towed I just went and picked up the stuff off of the shelf.

The receiving lady is probably one of the rudest receivers I have ever come across . Extremely rude . Always has a attitude . Doesn't treat the truck drivers with any respect . My company is in the process of terminating further deliveries to this location and that's including the two sister companies as well because of her attitude and constant unprofessional actions . Really hope someone higher up puts her in a different department .
