Travis is not my primary credit union. I stopped by today to make a withdrawal during my lunch break. As usual (not my first time at this branch), the line is long with only two tellers *sigh*. The staff here are efficient, definitely not the most personable. They seems either bored or irritated every timeI stop by. If you don't have to go inside to handle your financial affairs, use the ATM or go to another location.

Opened our accounts at TCU over 2 years ago and we are very happy. Great rates and excellent customer services. I would like to acknowledge and commend Ms. Donna Wade for her exemplary customer service through the years. Whether by phone, email or in person, Ms. Wade will handle your business matters with courtesy and professionalism.

Travis Credit Union was my preferred Agency for loans til this last car loan. When my loan officer colluded with the seller to increase my loan amount from $7,200 to 10,400. I requested a loan for $7,200 but the loan officer conspired to pay the seller in full $9,500 and increase my loan by $3,200. Avoid them at all all cost especially if you're a senior they see you as a easy target

I wouldnt do business with them. After setting up direct deposit they gave me a 30 day late impacting my credit score. They promised to fix it but never did.

They on several occasions have withdrawn funds out of the someone else account when I have requested a withdraw. I have even written the account number down for them and they still make the mistake. The manager (Derek) failed to complete a withdraw correctly by signing the check, making it incomplete and I was unable to deposit it at another bank. I had to go back to a branch get it signed and return to the other bank. He was very rude and unprofessional. I thinking of withdrawing all my funds. A manager was to call me that day from the phone center and never did.

This used to be my go to branch for anything I needed or just the ATM on the way home, but no more. Last month I went in to replace my debit card and I was told the machine was down. Came in two days later and machine still down, so I had to go to branch in Suisun. This week I stopped by to use the ATM and all were down. Stopped by the next two days and they were all still down. BRANCH CHANGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Service came in to pay car loan. I signed and as requested and Spanish customs were chosen. The clerk decided who is seen even when I signed in customers were seen first. I was told by the manager, a patient young man, that took the time to address some of my concerns, the online loop not being allowed to talk to an operator, the wait to be seen to pay my car note. Being new to paying my car loan inside the bank, the manage pointed me in the right direction and gave me his card for future help. I change my 2 stars to 4 stars. The online service is hopefully will improve. Talking the manager was helpful.

Worst TCU ever! I go down to the branch hoping to get my ATM card replaced and I check in. Then wait over 45 minutes while person after person goes to lunch. You would think they know that lunch is a busy time and to staff accordingly. Nope. I was advised it won't be long another person will come to help. No one ever did. So at some point after not being helped and waiting 50 minutes I leave. No debit card in hand, a lunch I wander able to eat since there was no time.

long wait today! some days are hit or miss! wish they had that non teller machine like vacaville so impatient people like me can walk over to it instead of wasting time in line to make a deposit4 stars for a good experience the last time since the coin machine wasnt working and the last teller i had gave me some patience to count up the change!

If no stars were a available I would give this branch 0 stars. I called the day before and spoke to a representative at the call center. We proceeded to book an appointment for this branch the following day at 1 PM. We show up and complete all the checkin procedures and u even received the reminder messages about my schedule appointment. We are waiting for a few minutes past our scheduled appointment time. The branch manager walks up and states that they unfortunately double booked the time slot. I looked at him and said even though I booked via phone with the call center the day before. The managers answer was "sorry, the double booked time slot should have never happened". So they proceeded to take the other person without any further explanation. This branch has the worst customer service. Unfortunately I have to take care of financial items and have no choice but to wait. Once this is done I'm finished with Travis Credit Union.

I can’t believe the customer service of this location is so terrible:(I stopped by today to obtain a simple request. Only one person in front of me and I have been waiting for more than 40min. They should be more considerate towards peoples time…I thought DMV was bad:(
