I ordered via their website and have received little to no communication and have reached out several times. Was told I would get a tracking number but never did. My last message got no reply and I ordered back on January 20th. They had no problem taking my money though and won't reply to my request for a refund since my item has not arrived.

The staff at this shop is very helpful and super friendly. They have a great selection of toys, and collectibles. They have fidget poppers of different colors and sizes. They also have steering wheel buddies, which have been sold out almost everywhere. They usually have more inventory at the warehouse, so if you don’t see what you are looking for on the shelf just as them they may have it at the warehouse. I bring my nieces and nephews here to pick up new toys for their collections, always a great experience.

Great staff and selection! My nephew loves going by everytime we’re at the mall, and I can’t blame him. Billy, Gloria, and Cheyenne have all been so nice to us, and the whole crew is so nice!

So where do I begin .. I believe the lady I encountered was named Shaunda….I hope I’m getting this right because that lady deserves all the praise … I’ve been to this place often and everytime she is always soooo helpful and patient with me and my little spoiled and picky girls…. She’s good with suggesting new toys for them to try and they always love it….. I worked in the costumer service for 10+ years and let me just say her costumer service is ON POINT.. which is BIG when dealing with me… so we will be back again and again and again. Lol

I love shopping at toys hut they have so many fidgets that I haven’t seen Fairfield Solano is friendly helpful and the lady that work there is very nice they set up is nice u won’t be disappointed and they prices are fair
