My 4 year old daughter has been attending Tater Tots Preschool since July 2022 after growing out of the in-home daycare she was attending. Enrolling her in Tater Tots was the best decision we made for her. She loves going to school and loves her teachers. Ms. Sarah and Ms. Debbie are so sweet and caring. I love the curriculum, the hands on, interactive learning and the daily updates and pictures. She will be attending public school for kinder and I'm sad she'll have to leave Tater Tots but I know she's grown and learned so much. I have nothing but great things to say about this school and would recommend it to anyone.

My son has been attending this preschool since May 2021, and I've never had an issue with the Teachers or Director ever since the new director- Tawnya Archer took over this school. The 1st issue arised when she overcharged my account an extra $800 + dollars for preschool fees , not once but twice in 2 weeks. My son was supposed to go to Kindergarten here but once we realized what a mess this place was going to be, once she started overcharging our account, we decided to go with a different kindergarten school, so I called her and let her know when my sons last day would be, not once but twice over the phone & then in person as she was writing a check to us for the overcharge. So my son comes back to the school and she emails me and tells me she has to charge our account because I "never" told her that he would be coming back for 2 more days when she in fact told us how much we would owe and we can bring cash in since she took our account off of auto-payments. This director is a mess. She needs more training or to make notes to herself so she doesn't forget whats told to her and vice versa. Other than the Director, the Teachers are great and really care about the Kids. Especially my sons last Teacher- Ms. Sarah! She was amazing & my son absolutely loved her! We will miss her and the rest of the Teachers. If your child goes here, you need to check your account for overcharges.

I've meant to write this review a few months ago, but life happens. In my experience with Tater Tots, I visited this place by appointment when looking for a preschool for my daughter, and I chose somewhere else. This place, especially the napping area, had a strong mold smell. This confirms proper cleaning is not happening at this facility. Honestly, this raises safety concerns, and I refuse to have my child in this type of environment (DIRTY/CONTAMINATED). Lastly, the teachers were not friendly, a little rude frankly. If they acted that way while I was present, I could not even imagine what happens when they have our children. This place made me feel uncomfortable; after talking with the director, I got that vibe; this daycare weaponizes the bible and is very judgemental. I would not recommend this place at all.

I have had two very different experiences at this school with each of my two children. If I were rating for our experiences in the youngest room and only with Ms. Angela I would give 5 stars because she was wonderful and helped me ease into daycare with both of my children when they were each 3-years-old. However, if I were reviewing for the experience my older daughter had in pre-K or "room 3" as they call it then I would give one star.Any parent who plans to have their child at this Preschool should know that they expect 4 and 4.5-year-old children to nap for many hours and if they struggle to settle or have grown out of their naps they refuse to allow the children fidget toys or books or anything to help them stay quiet and calm for the first hour. When my child struggled with growing out of nap time, rather than be open to communication and ideas, the director (now former director I am told) said to me on TWO separate occasions that my child would be better behaved at nap if I did not work as much. Having another woman shame me for being a working mother 32 hours a week rather than be open to constructive ideas was beyond me and the final straw that made me pull both our children from this facility. I think it is important to note that my child was not sent home with notes or information about these struggles all year and then within the space of 2 weeks our family went from thinking everything was going well to being told we would have to sign a formal behavioral contract. My child did nothing dangerous and I was called out of work for over a week straight as the first form of communication to me that there was a struggle. I'm a behavioral psychologist but it doesn't take a PhD to know how rewarding being sent home to mom is when a child first tests boundaries.. I begged for a meeting with the teacher and/or the daycare room leader and was told I could only have a first meeting if I would agree to sign a contract. In the end when I told them I would not sign anything at our first meeting they cancelled the meeting. Needless to say that was my final week with the daycare. I have since been told my child's refusal to nap was interrupting the staff and former director's lunch outings. I truly hope that with new leadership some of these issues will be looked at and parent communication will improve.

Rather than taking a review for what it is and moving on, they reply to reviews in an attempt to invalidate and discredit someone's experience. I've said my piece. It's ironic how none of these problems ever came up once we moved schools. I'm deeply saddened by this.

I had the pleasure of working there and having my daughter attend as well. My daughter had Angela and Diana as teachers and they were amazing. Elleanne would beg to go to school, she loved it so much. She learned a lot and made so many friends. I whole heartedly believe in their vision, mission and what the stand for. We both loved being a part of the Tater Tots family.

All 3 of my kids have gone through Tatertots from all classrooms up to Kinder! The staff has always been amazing and loving to them! My son had a harder time due to physical trauma from previous daycare but they help mold and groom him into what he is today. They would always come up with new ways to help himWith overcoming many obstacles. As a nurse during the pandemic, my kids were always safe with great precautions made. The kids were not made to wear masks and for a year and a half of Covid with only 1 scare (turned out being negative) I gave my hats off to them. With myself and my husband on the frontlines they helped give my kids a safe haven during this time. From the former director, Chelsea, to the news director, Melanie, they have always communicated well with me with my children's best interest in mind. I have had one incident that happened with a new teacher and as soon as Chelsea was made aware, I never saw that teacher again. They truly believe in giving kids a safe space to thrive and promote them to their fullest potential! I love this preschool and wish they didn't stop at kinder! I recommend it to everyone!!

It's hard trusting others to watch over your little one while at work. The staff at Tater Tots made the difficult transition a little easier as they are all extremely kind, friendly, and patient. My daughter had a hard time adjusting when she first started, as with all kids that experience school for the first time. Each week, I noticed progress in her speech and development. She also started to make friends and would tell me stories of how her day went when driving home each day. With patience and consistency, her tears at morning drop offs eventually turned into a quick hug and "See you later, Mommy." I am so thankful for this school.

My son went here and I thought this school would be nice but it isn't. They literally gave up on my kid and made me remove him from their school. Mind you he was only 3 at the time. Whenever I would pick him up I could see it in all of the teachers face that they didn't like my son and it was heartbreaking. Especially since it's suppose to be a Christian school. Since then I've found a wonderful daycare/preschool that worked with my son and took the time to understand what made him upset and how to use his words properly. My son excels in his new school and his teachers are wonderful. Don't waste your time bringing your kids here. The moment your kid has a tantrum, because that's what kids do at the age of 3, they will give up and won't try and turn you away from the school.

My daughter goes to school here. Teachers are really great. Rates are very reasonable. It's not just a daycare, they do teach your kids.
