Helen is the nicest.I got a small job that had a few different products. With Helen's product knowledge and her customer knowledge (Suisun School District), Sun Ray helped us get the job done.

Sun Ray was terrific. I went to their office and ordered pea gravel for my driveway. Talked to Helen in the office and she was very nice and took my order for 4 cu yds of gravel. Then the following Monday Roger pulled in early and did a great job dumping the gravel along my driveway by letting a bit out as he drove so that all was needed was spreading with a steel rake. I didn't order enough so Roger suggested he go get more. Good call. So I called Helen and ordered more gravel. Apparently with all the rain, it was no problem and Roger had the time to do it. I am so glad that I used Sun Ray as they were reasonable, didn't charge for delivery and arrived in good time did as I requested.Trish Coveney-Rees mom

I had a product quality issue and am not happy with the handling of it. I ordered 6 yards of clean humus. I moved, installed, graded and seeded. A lot of work. After I started watering I noticed that there was broken shards of glass in the humus. Lots of it. It was dusty so I didn't see it until it was too late and now I have a lawn full of broken glass. The customer service was dismissive and tried to downplay the issue. Insisted on phone calls only so they had no paper trail. They refused to remove or take back the dirty fill. Offered to refund a couple yards or give me some new fill to cover the broken glass. This is supposed to be for a new lawnwhere we can go barefoot and play yard games. Grass is going to push up the broken glass. So I had to de install all six yards which I now have to figure out how to dispose of. My grass seed is wasted. And I had to haul new top soil to start over, regrade, reseed. This has been hours and hours of labor and money wasted.

Went in this morning to pick up a small load of rock. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The loader took his time and was so careful loading the rock into my truck my dogs were not fazed one bit! Definitely will be back for my next project!

If you're looking for rocks, sand, mulch, etc. this is your spot. Their prices are cheaper than anywhere else we went to. I called to place my order in the afternoon and my order was delivered for free the next day. The quality of the mulch that we order was great. We got the playground mulch and it was perfect for our mini playground that we were building.

I had a very disappointing experience with Sun Ray yesterday. I went out & ordered & paid for 14 bags of dirt that my landscaper was going to pick up the next day. After getting pushback, to the point I asked if they really wanted my business, they finally said they would have it ready the next day at 11. When my landscaper got there, it wasn't ready & a guy working there said he was waiting on him so "they", meaning my landscaper & him, could load it. I had specifically ordered & paid for it to be ready so my guy could be in & out. He called me & left. I called out there & asked why my order wasn't ready & the same woman from the day before said "they" were told not to get it ready because we might not show. I told her the damn order had been paid for so what did it matter. I told her to refund the money, I would never do business with them again & that she was being very rude. She had the audacity to say I was rude & hung up!

I had a pretty decent order or pea gravel and sand. It arrived on time and the team where very helpful when needing to figure out how much I needed, plus the prices where unbeatable! Of course I'll be back as I move on to the next project. Thanks guys!!

Awesome landscaping services! Had 3 cubic yards of garden mulch delivered and realized we needed more, so called them up and they gave same day ery knowledgeable staff delivery! Would highly recommend them for your landscaping needs!
