I'm disappointed we are one of the first few people to get a storage unit at this place when it first opened we've had it for a couple years now and they raised our rent almost $150 more after the first few months. Just recently we cleared our unit out from storquest storage and bring it home we have lots of things that are missing. heirlooms, collectibles that have disappeared in that I cannot believe it. With how much money we spent storing our stuff in a safe environment as they say with all the updated structure on the building our unit was ransacked things were stolen and gone.I can't prove it but I'm pretty sure when our stuff went up for auction right before we cleared the storage out and was able to save it and the lock was cut I'm pretty sure the employees probably are the ones that ransacked that storage because it's almost impossible to get into my unit from the other units that were attached and they don't save the camera recordings so we were not able to retrieve those recordings even though it wasn't that far long ago that this happened. So I don't trust this place I'm very disappointed what a horrible horrible situation hopefully no more people have to go through this.

Auto pay changes the hours you can access your storage unit and I have auto pay. But I was never told of the benefit and missed and worked around my schedule to get to the storage unit working harder not smarter. It was an inconvenience several times.

Acquired a storage unit at this location. Security and safety looks good. Jeff, managing the front - his customer service and support was great. Super helpful, very friendly, and answered all our questions which led to us securing the unit.
