It was the best storage experience my family and I have ever had. Maddie was extremely helpful, friendly, and understanding of our situation. She truly went above and beyond to help us in any way she could. The storages are very secured and clean! 11/10 will recommend!

Had to update for the full experience. Moving in was great, I think for short term storage 6 months or less, 3 months being probably ideal, is good for this place. If anything gets ruined because of leaks or pests your on your own though see below.
MOVE OUT UPDATE: I discovered one of my containers had somehow gotten water inside during the last rains and had completely molded out…When I mentioned it to the guy who works there (not the manager) and asked how to make a claim on the insurance I pay for through them I was informed my own pictures were insufficient and “if there was any actual damage that the company needed their own pictures”. I agreed and showed up an hour later so they could do that. This man conveniently went on lunch while I was taking my daughter out of her car seat. I was done at that point and decided to evacuate before anything else got destroyed. Moving out I discovered a large piece of canvas art was ruined by some type of dripping resin which also covered the top of a book shelf and some boxes … there was minor evidence of pests coffee grind like substances here and there and the beginning of a mouse nest under the bookshelf. The container that got wet everything had to be tossed … But this was after 6 months. After a good cleaning most things were ok.
Move in process: I came in to get a 10x10 I started on a shady 3rd party app that did not make my reservation correctly. The manager Madie called me directly to fix it which I completely appreciated. Once that was fixed I got an email confirmation and the option to sign the lease and pay online. (Also really liked that) When I finally got there out of breath and at the last second the amazingness continued. Madie helped me quickly and with amazing customer service. I got in got the paperwork done and unloaded the first load of stuff in less then 45 minutes! Also loving the many many cameras they have security is top notch! I’m not even exaggerating a little bit is the amazing part!
Also accomplished everything same day???

I am so glad I was referred to Storage Mart. Tom and Madie were awesome and made me feel at home. They both had the best customer service that I have ever experienced. I called multiple places for days and Storage Mart was the best selection all the way around. With the best customer service and the best prices I could never choose another location. They had just what I was looking for and I’m happy to have met them and obtained the space I desperately needed. I was looking for short term but I will definitely stay long term based on how comfortable they made me feel when I stepped onto the property. Thank you Storage Mart you are the greatest!!!

Made was prompt in calling me to assure I was still interested in thr rental unit. She gave me a tour and explained how to enter and exit. Very cordial she was and her assistant manager Tom was also helpful by cutting the packaging to the lock I bought. I felt this location as well as the human touch by both Madie and Tom convinced me to not only rent but stay here and not look futher. Thank you Madie and Tom.

My experience was great. We had a garage sized storage filled to the brim for many, many years. We were going to downsize and get rid of a whole lot of stuff. Tom came by to see how we were doing and offer his help. He provided us with a solution to our problem that ended up being a miracle for us. It took the weight off of helped us to unload and clear out the storage in matter of a 3 visits. Tom needs an award or raise; he was so kind and compassionate to me and my wife. Thank you Storage Mart for having such great employees.
