I've been here twice now. First time over 2 years ago and today. This place is amazing.
Both times I've made a reservation in the middle of the night and had my unit ready when morning came around.
Interacting with Tanya and other employees have always been pleasant. Processing my reservation has always been smooth and simple. Great customer service!
For both times I've been here, there's always a move in deal and some form of compensation for making reservations in the middle of the month.
Had my things stored here for a month or so last time and never had any signs of damage from pest when taking my things out
Overall, it has been a hassle free and smooth experience

Friendly competent staff, easy access, gate worked 100% of the time. Neat and tidy no junk RV or cars sitting around. Great and easy process online for getting a unit

A lot of up sales especially a lock they sell only allowed…hidden fees in fine print etc raised rent after 1st month- found four seasons storage half price for same exact unit no hidden fees no up sales free soda coffe cookies key chains printer candy flat rate means flat rate at four seasons down the street peace of mind no hounding

The facility itself and the onsite manager, Tanya, are absolutely great!!! I just moved out and my doing so is no reflection on Tanya!!!!
I would still be there had it not been for the corporate managements need for excessive rent increases, first at 6 months and then again at 6 months. I started at $169, then six months later $186 and now $214. That’s a 27% increase in one year! Consequently, I found a new storage facility that charges 5% rent increase once a year! My reason for 3 stars is only because of the rent increases.
