Minh aka Micah was extremely unprofessional and really rude today!! He was being rough pulling on my fingers and twisting them, he was even being rough with the nail file while doing my nail fill. He just seemed off and irritated. I notice when he over books he starts to rush through the service and gets rough. I made my appointment at the beginning of the week, and came at my scheduled time today. About half way through my service he had another one of his other clients show up for a pedicure, so this made him rush even more because he was running behind for his next client's appointment. I brought my daughter to have her nails painted and when she was done she waited next to me, she knocked over my stainless steel water bottle and he got mad and told her to shush! She also kept trying to help me pick out a pretty pink color and he was telling her not to touch the colors!! He then stated to me, that this would be the last time he would be doing my nails! I was baffled, like what?? I'm sorry, did I do something wrong? I told him I did not appreciate him telling my daughter to shush and that I don't understand what I did. He needs to learn how to treat customers with respect and to set up his appointments in a timely manner and to not over book his clients!! I will never come back after the way I was treated today and how he treated my daughter. I paid and left!

The service is really great! I got a hair cut which she washed my hair and included shampoo and conditioner. Drying my hair and making it wavy was extra money but all together I paid 45 dollars. The service here is really great and the lady is supper nice.

Love this place. You can get a trim without having to spend alot and she cuts it really good. I've tried other places and got uneven cuts, but have not had that issue hear and she is super nice.

Stay away from this shop. Paula Perez does not have good customer service not to add she gave me nail fungus. Paula Perez tools are not clean and for this I have to take medication for 3 months on account of her not cleaning the tools. I will be looking into legal issues because of this.

My absolute favorite nail salon! Paula does amazing work on my acrylic nails. The first time I went Tommy Nails did them and they were horrific so we went to Star and she fixed my nails for me and my sister. She has the best prices and is very detailed and intricate with her work and makes no mistakes. I highly recommend!
