This location has never disappointed me. They have the friendliest and most helpful staff. They really encourage the patrons to get the staples app for all the deals and savings. So glad they have the easy drop off for Amazon and UPS. Ample parking, clean organized store. Store was pretty stocked on all the ink cartridges I needed and other office supplies.

I LOVE STAPLES IN FAIRFIELD! Margaret, Reggy, Jessica, and the rest of the staff have been so incredibly nice and helpful! I go for all my business needs: business cards, office supplies, or supplies for any major projects I have going on! I had recently went in with a $4000.00 budget for a local elementary school and they helped me do all the shopping and checking out! Thank you for your work in the community and I can't wait to see you guys soon :)

I started off my day realizing I had ran out of ink ! I went down to my local Staples and was met by a gentlemen named Gunner ! He quickly came to my assistance and helped me find the proper toner. As I was making my way towards the register I was met by another gentlemen named Ben ! He assisted me with buying a gaming chair I didn't plan on buying. Great customer service and will help you find items sometimes you didn't think you needed :)

I really liked shopping at this store but the last time I was there the manager followed me around the whole time, making me very uncomfortable. He maybe thought I was trying to shoplift? Very unprofessional, creepy and rude.

Asked about a product, wanted to know if it was available online or just out of stock. Manager said they stopped selling the product. Did a search online for places that carried the produce and This location staples showed up first with 5he produce and a 2 day delivery?

Popped in for a notebook...lol is it ever just one thing?While searching an employee at the Fairfield store approached me and greeted me then asked," Is there anything I can help you find?" Wow!!I really appreciate that kind of customer service.The young man's name is Justin.I did not need assistance, but it was nice to be asked.I ended up purchasing 7 notebooks gave one away, sharpie pens and post-it flags. Great sale on notebooks right now- .37 cents sharpie pens $5.29Thanks Justin!

Wesley at Staples, Fairfield CA went above and beyond our printing needs. We brought in a program for my friend's husband's Memorial. The photos on our product were slightly noisy and the Word.doc pushed the margins offside and the front Photo was not center aligned. We could have driven back home to correct everything and returned, but Wesley said to give him a moment to see what he could do. His final product was crisp and clear and perfectly aligned. Plus, he found us a coupon to get a discount off price!! We pick up our completed programs the next day. Can't thank Staples and Wesley enough!!
