Decent store with good customer service.
I just found out you are letting go of the tech guy! Keep him! He patiently fixed my photos and did a good job of taking passport photos!
P.S. Or give him time until he finds a new job!

One employee who shall remain nameless was not helpful at all. I just needed 6 pieces of paper copied on cardstock and was told that's an order and he couldn't do it. I ask if I could do it myself but the printers they allow customers to use does not take that paper. Geesh it was literally on 6 pieces of paper and just a copy at that. Thats why I dont frequent this place. Staples need to do better!

This location has never disappointed me. They have the friendliest and most helpful staff. They really encourage the patrons to get the staples app for all the deals and savings. So glad they have the easy drop off for Amazon and UPS. Ample parking, clean organized store. Store was pretty stocked on all the ink cartridges I needed and other office supplies.

I LOVE STAPLES IN FAIRFIELD! Margaret, Reggy, Jessica, and the rest of the staff have been so incredibly nice and helpful! I go for all my business needs: business cards, office supplies, or supplies for any major projects I have going on! I had recently went in with a $4000.00 budget for a local elementary school and they helped me do all the shopping and checking out! Thank you for your work in the community and I can't wait to see you guys soon :)

I started off my day realizing I had ran out of ink ! I went down to my local Staples and was met by a gentlemen named Gunner ! He quickly came to my assistance and helped me find the proper toner. As I was making my way towards the register I was met by another gentlemen named Ben ! He assisted me with buying a gaming chair I didn't plan on buying. Great customer service and will help you find items sometimes you didn't think you needed :)

I really liked shopping at this store but the last time I was there the manager followed me around the whole time, making me very uncomfortable. He maybe thought I was trying to shoplift? Very unprofessional, creepy and rude.
