(They charge over 100) Terrible service, they take so long, the office is hot and dirty, and they are not able to do a good inspection following the bar parameters, also they charge me 140 for the inspection

Good and fast. Make sure they replace your gas cap correctly. Great collection of collectibles but needs some cleaning.

Hello Tom,
As a previous customer myself I brought my moms 2003, car in since it's usually quick service.
Upon arrival I asked for a smog, the older guy spent over 35 minutes on the car only for the younger guy to say the car failed due to the bar smoke test from the pipes. If this was the honest cause of failure, It's alarming that either technician didn't see/ check for the smoke at the beginning of inspection with all automobiles charging over $60, and $50, if the car return. This is a practice of consumer gouging.
By law, customers are to be informed, of smoke test upon arrival.
The notice on the bottom of the wall, saying customer's pay either way is a huge flag....no honest customer service and proper inspection this time based on smoke mainly that wasn't present while driving away.

I'm not sure if business changed hands from last year or employees have changed, but the customer service is terrible and guy tried to double charge..$140...crooked if you ask me.

The staff on this place made a mistake and left their scope tool on my windshield and they closed it and cracked my windshield with a small crack
I am 100% I drove the car prior to the inspection and the windshield was not cracked
Staff was very difficult to deal with and threatened me on calling the police. Not Even a fix for the crack or a refund or the service.
I believe the place does good the inspections but terrible way to fix a issue with a customer.
I called I wanted their proof on the cameras that was not their mistake but they never cared to show me or fix the front windshield they broke

They were highest rated on here so I went here. In and out very fast. Tiny waiting room but they're at the corner of a few places to eat and shop. Great job guys.
