You can call me and my hubby "sneaker head", and when it comes to shoes, Shoe palace is the place where we can find hype shoes. We love going to this location since we love how we were treated the first time that we went there. Great customer service and also they will tell you about some merchandise that are on sale, I mean good buys. Their manager is very nice and so as the rest of the employees. While we were there, employees asked us if we need size for our shoes. They give us time to browse around before they ask if we need anything. They are great on suggesting other stuff that they sell in their store. I would say that this is a great customer service

On the contrary of what I have read here, we have a great experience coming to this store location. Even we are almost an hour away (traffic not included) Employees has remarkable customer service. They approached every customer to ask them what they need. And that is commendable. Shout out to the manager Ricky for showing us some good buys in the store.

I came in today with my family to buy shoes for my younger brothers. No one greeted us which I didn't mind. Once my younger found a shoe he wanted he went over to an employee who was talking on the phone. She was pretty nice and said we have to go to the kids section to get the size he wanted. We walked over there and we were completely ignored I waited a few minutes thinking maybe they were busy. After a while I said excuse me can I get these in ,whatever size I asked for, she kinda rude about it. Once I went to pay the girl who got one of the shoes I was going to buy and another girl were at the cashier. They just stared at each like you gonna help her. Overall the girl was "helping" was just rude. Not only to me but to another customer just being blunt when answering. I'm not one to complain but at least act like you work there.

Couldn't buy a shoe from them if I wanted to. Not once did anyone come to ask if I needed anything. After going over to ask for a size they mentioned they only came in a size 10 and left and never came back. I left and bought a pair of Jordans elsewhere.

Almost $600.00 worth went to this Store but Nope..., 2/13/2022 is the date where i was at this location fully ignored. It started when I entered the department where the salesperson greeted but the people behind me(maybe didn't see me, its okay), So i started to check couple of shoes where another salesperson keep passing by next to me never asked if i needed any help.. (Maybe busy with another costumer, its okay).., Then, I decided what I want so i called another salesperson who directly looked at me when i ask for a size but walked away never came back.. So i observed this 3 salesperson who ignored me and to my observation they were not doing or busy of anykind... Hmm?.. So i left.. i decided to Buy 3different pairs of shoes including a pair for my wife.. but oh well.. Bye.

Check the clothe you will be purchasing, the Adidas I purchased had a whole slit in between the legs and couldn’t return since I didn’t have my receipt. Manager was present when I purchased and still couldn’t do anything about it. Smh

They don’t ever answer the phone, and once they do after calling several times, the manager Vinia has a huge attitude problem and likes to hang up in people’s face because she doesn’t like to have to answer the phone. Completely unprofessional and rude. Her customer service is definitely not there and as far as the stores, they definitely need work on answering the phone. As I tried calling again it seems that the phone line has been turned off to where it will not go through and for my understanding they will put the phone in the back because they don’t want to hear it and answer it. Worst customer service in the Fairfield mall.
