300 Travis Blvd, Fairfield“I’m leaving a 5 star review because the majority of my experience has been good. I come to this UPS at LEAST 3 times a week and have been for the past year. I do so to drop off my packages. However, I did want to bring an employee to attention because she’s been passively rude and clearly doesn’t want to work there. Because I stop by so much and at different times, I can recognize each employee that does as well. There are many that are extremely kind (I dont know them by name but the African American lady is always the kindest and always makes sure to greet me, and everyone else is very helpful as well). But there is this one employee, she has short blond hair and is a bit heavyweight, and everytime I walk in she lets out the BIIIGGGEST sigh in the world as if I’m such an inconvenience. And I understand I can be because sometimes I bring a wagon full of packages that she has to scan in. But this is her JOB she signed up for! Plus my packages are pre-paid so the MOST she even has to do is scan them in. Nothing more. She’s always sitting in the back of the store and when she sees me or anyone else walk in, she makes it a big deal like it’s SOOO much work to get out of her chair and come help us. The thing is, I thought she was having a bad day the first few times. But this is an occurring instance and makes me not want to ever come back to the store when she’s working. Thankfully there’s a self automated drop off area, so when she’s there I just help myself instead. Today I had to do so, because when I walked in, she let out a huge sigh, and didn’t even bother coming up to the register. Crazy.”
“I had a FedEx return to send off and was able to drop off my box at this site. All you had to do was ring the doorbell and let them know that you were dropping off a package. I had already print out my label and stuffing to my box so it was ready. All the other FedEx to go places close early so this was perfect.”
“Over the last 6 months I have delt with this particular location allot because of convenience of my daily routine. And I feel every associate here has been very polite and have beautiful attitudes when it comes to customer service. “The staff the location off of Oliver Road is top notch. Amazing customer service, knowledge of shipping, helpful with people, fast at the registers. 5 stars always! This is the best FedEx in the area by far, I drive from vacaville just to drop off packages to be fragile wrapped by the crew in FF. Thank you”
“I had to ship International and never did before through UPS. The staff was very helpful. They walked me through and advised me when filling out the paperwork.
Also, Standard International is available here. The UPS stores only ship Overnight International, which is substantial more expensive!”
