They do not charge for water and air. They don’t own the machine. If you know air and water is free in California so just go inside and ask them to turn on the air they will gladly assist you no charge.

When Gayle and I head to the Bay Area (from our home in Genoa NV) and come back, I end up here for a fill-up heading home or further down the road at the Maverik in West Sacramento. Another reason we come here is that the Starbucks (human fuel) is right next door. Both stops are just business as getting home (while awake) is the key thing on our minds.

I stopped by to buy a drink and use the restroom and the kind cashier spotted me trying to get into the external restroom before getting the key. When I popped my head inside, she was all ready to go with the key for me. So friendly and helpful! Made my day! Thank you!

They try to charge for a legally free service (air/water). Illegal.

Restroom is spacious and handicap accessible but absolutely neglected - out of anything you need: toilet paper, seat cover, soap, sanitizer.

I'm not sure there could be a worse business/gas station. The gas is overpriced compared to nearby gas stations. The bathrooms are always closed. The food mart is often closed while the woman who works there just takes off or is just chilling outside. The car wash is garbage. Is there anyone running this place? I would never come here if I didn't have to because of work.

No signs to indicate the Food Mart is closed nor is there anyone at the window. Several people including myself walked up to the door attempting to go in.

My second time filling up at this particular Shell location during my lunch hour. Very clean location in the heart of other businesses. So it is always a busy gas station but I do enjoy the fact that they have multiple pumps and spacious room for cars to go in and out of. Yes I tear up every time I go to the pump but I use my Shell app every time at least to save an additional five or $.10 a gallon. During these times every little bit makes a difference. I have not had to go inside for any concerns or utilize any assistance needed outside the pumps. Which is a good thing. Because I prefer to just pump my gas and go on about my business anyways. Although a little on the higher end of pricing still a good spot to fill up
