Me and my wife like to get coffee here because it's awesome they have great friendly ladies in the mor ings they are always kind and polite . They always make us feel welcome.

This place is great. The staff is awesome too. Sometimes the S-Pay at the pump wouldn't work and had to use card and not get the 10cents off. Only 5 ?

Horrible experience this morning with my adult son and grandkids on their way to school today Stopped in the Loop to get a cup coffee . They did not have the kind we wanted so walked out of the store to be attacked, harassed, swarmed by the staff accusing us of stealing . My grandkids were in the car scared seeing there innocent dad being harassed ! What a horrible experience ! Absolutely Horrible Customer Service and Management! When we asked for the manager she laughed and said that's me but wouldn't give us her name We don't usually go to this store and NEVER will again! Humiliated, Attacked, Embarrassed, Harassment, Discrimination and scared my grandkids before school! Don't go to the Loop!

I purchased something while in a hurry, never received my item from behind the counter, returned in less then 5 min and the cashier pretended not to know what happened, with a half look behind her counter, proved to me she knew she didn’t give me my item. Also I asked for a number to manager, she gave me the number to there, goes straight to a voicemail which is full. Their employee is a thief

Nice gas station, horrible employees. Mainly one blond that refuses to give out the bathroom code until she gives you ample amounts of attitude first. And one bathroom is “employee only” .. for the 2 people on shift. Lol don’t be lazy and just clean both bathrooms?

If there is a zero star i would give it to this shell station. This night shift teller here is rude no respect for elderly people she wants elderly to go back in long line for she ringed her twice..very disrespectful!! So beware seniors i was a witness of what this teller did to an old lady.

Management needs to know the games the workers here are doing, lazy workers don't want to clean their toilets and they will just post a sign that it is out of order, have been here many times past few months and it always happens like already 5 times in different times, 1 star is not even worth it, lazy workers no customer service.

I never thought I'd write a review about a gas station, this gas station has inspired me to. I stopped there last Friday afternoons to fill up and grab a snack. To my surprise they were closed and I was irritated until I found the reason why...Apparently this shell is under an umbrella of shell stations that cares enough for their customers and community to make sure they are safe during these crazy covid times. They have a company go to their stores to disinfect and Fogg their stores and outside pumps...WOW, THANK YOU SHELL. I have a very large family that lives in Fairfield and after we have been directing affected by this horrible virus and it is so nice to see a local company take the measures to keep all of of safe. After telling them about my experience my entire family has decided to only support our local shell station...again thank you management.
