Tracy handled my taxes professionally and quickly. I came to her with less than 2 weeks to file and she was able to complete my returns before the deadline. She was quick to respond and let me know what was missing so I could upload it into their secure portal. Great experience and will return next year!

I've been going to Sherri for my taxes since 2016, she's the real deal! She takes the time to get to know her clients, I'm always amazed at her memory and how she remembers intimate details about my family. We have two little boys and she's always asking how they are and when we're going to go for a girl! She appreciates military members, gives a military discount, and has ties to Travis Air Force Base that go back decades. Best of all, she's really really good at taxes! She's even better than a CPA, she's an Enrolled Agent! We now live in Washington State and she still takes care of my taxes without skipping a beat. I can't say enough about Sherri, I know eventually she will retire but I selfishly hope it's not anytime soon! Do yourself a favor and give her a shot. I rarely write reviews on Yelp, like once every two years, but she deserves it!

So unprofessional, talks like she's an expert but no CPA. Just average tax preparer. If you have a typical problem and there isn't an hr block she's your gal.

Called to discuss giving a tax referral to Sherry. She rudely indicated she was on a webinar and hung up the phone.I work with accountants and attorneys all over the country and have never seen anything like this.This was NOT a solicitation! It was to refer a client to Sherry.Normal business conduct might be: I'm on a webinar can you call me back in an hour?I see in your response you say you suggested to call back. This did not happen. You have now gone from being unprofessional to lacking integrity.

My husband and I went to Sharyn, she was very unprofessional and rude. I've been to many tax people before. I get it that she's overwhelmed but it's not an excuse to be rude to your clients. We ended up taking it to a professional who was actually professional and not rude to us.

Went into Sharyn Scarrott tax office panicking about IRS tax issues from previous years. Not only did she review all the past years paperwork timely and in a professional manner. She explained all that needed to be completed that both my husband and I were able to understand. We are pleased with the results!

I can't recommend these ladies enough. They are very knowledgeable and made tax time bearable. Communication with them is easy. I can call with tax questions all through the year and they are always willing to take the time to discuss my options and the tax implications of the choices.
