“Looked for awhile for an affordable storage unit and wasn’t finding anything, but then I reached out to store quest and not only were the rates super fair but the customer service was incredible - I actually ended up getting locked out after losing my keys when I needed to grab some stuff from the unit and Pang at the front desk totally helped me out in advance so I wasn’t stressed at all when I arrived, and she got me into my unit and a new lock in under 10 minutes. Highly recommend!!”

I came across this Public storage and read the reviews and decided to store my belongings here. Carla, what can I say? She made the process so easy , she recommended what size would work best , when I explained what I would be putting in storage. She made the experience really smooth and I couldn’t be happier. “I've been here twice now. First time over 2 years ago and today. This place is amazing.
Both times I've made a reservation in the middle of the night and had my unit ready when morning came around.
Interacting with Tanya and other employees have always been pleasant. Processing my reservation has always been smooth and simple. Great customer service!
For both times I've been here, there's always a move in deal and some form of compensation for making reservations in the middle of the month.
Had my things stored here for a month or so last time and never had any signs of damage from pest when taking my things out
Overall, it has been a hassle free and smooth experience”

“This place has the storage size I needed to for my car and stuff after moving from another state…the price is good and location is close to by…the icing on the cake is…first:3 months is 1/2 off…”
“Storage units are very clean and the storage facility manager is super friendly and very helpful with information. I only wished they had later hours of operations for entry and exit. 5pm at is still very early and there's days I'm still needing to get into the unit but can't. Way back years ago you could pay a fee and have access for later times. That's no more.”
“The price for unit size are fair in comparison to other places around this area. The location isn't the most convenient as it's on Peabody which is a long, 2 lane back road that can get a lot of traffic throughout the day. The facility is very clean and they have a lot of cameras so you definitely don't have to worry about your stuff, which is a plus. The biggest drawback is that access hours are from 6am-9pm and if you are there after 9pm, they charge you a fee of $25 for the first 30 minutes then an additional $25 for each 30 minutes after - which is CRAZY. They also don't allow access on any federal holidays, which is super inconvenient. However, those 2 things are pretty affordable so all in all I give them 4/5 stars.”

He's strict on the rules so make sure you're in and out before 7pm or you may get stuck.He got me a killer rate at the lady minute and helped me when I was in a jam and needed to move ASAP! I recommend this place if you don't need late night access to your storage unit”
“I highly recommend Crocker's Lockers for your moving needs. My first experience going through this business in February was excellent so when I needed a U-Haul again in September, I knew exactly who I would check first. If they do not have what you need, they will assist you with finding other options in area. Very friendly people! Very close to freeway. Note: Only one parking space on property, but plenty of street parking available!”

“I was helped by Jessica who personally took me to the storage unit after signing a contract. She was very friendly and helpful and made sure I felt comfortable. I left my driver's license in the office and when I went back later they had it for me so I was so thankful not to lose it! The unit was larger than I was expecting too, since sometimes, even with the help of pictures, you can't see the unit in your head until you are physically standing in it.”
“Was surprised they were able to get our cabinets delivered so quickly during the holidays. Our area is not an easy place to get trucks into but the driver was efficient and answered all of my questions. There was damage to the box when it arrived at their warehouse but they noticed right away and I was able to get my cabinet re ordered before the other cabinets were delivered and we look forward to their business when that new piece comes.”
