We stopped by here to get tape for tape in extensions but they didn't have any. The girlies that were working called the Vacaville Sally's and reserved 2 packs for me while we were there without me even asking if they could do that.Truly excellent customer service. Thank you so much. I'll be back❤️

I really wish companies would update their hours of operation. According to Yelp, they should be open till nine so I waited til I got off of work at eight, instead of using my lunch break, to go there and they're closed.

i came in for a couple of things and i have to say this is my 1st time here this store is amazingly friendly with lots of smiles . i had the pleasure of having a wonderful person help me and so i'm thank you so much " janaca " (i hope i spelled your name correctly) tbis girl knows her hair stuff she is absolutely wonderful in helping you find what you need . so again thank you so much ... i just made this my store, i will be back soon . thank you again df

Its okay, the prices are good. Its just the red head thats lazy. She stayed on a personal phone call over 30 minutes! Even the line for the brunette lady was getting longer and longer, she just moved to the back where the customers could not hear her phone conversation all about herself. Where did they find her and who hired her was so fooled.

EVERY TIME I go to Sally's ALL the workers have a nasty look on their face, as if they dont want people in the store and will only help you if you ask, no "welcome in" or anything. Maybe the staff there should look for new jobs lol

Walked in looking for a new shampoo and conditioner to hydrate my curls. Asked the girl with blue hair and piercings if she knew of any or could recommend some. Her response "I don't know. I don't have curly hair so I don't know sorry." What? You work in a beauty supply store, you don't have to have a certain type of hair to be educated on the different products the store sells. I then went up to the short older lady working there (she looked oriental but I could be wrong) and I asked her the same thing I asked the other girl and she immediately told me about some new products they just got in for people with curly hair and how much positive reviews it's been getting. Mind you she didn't have curly hair either but at least she made an effort to help me. I loved her and ended up buying the products she recommended. If it wasn't for her and I only talked to the girl with blue hair I would've rated 1 star.

Went in today chick with the blue hair was stocking stuff near what I was looking at wouldn't move wouldn't say hello didn't ask if we need help. Looked liked she hated her job. No customer service skills at all. Never coming here again!

We went in for a toner to tone subtle yellow tint out of a fun bleach job to finish a style we had worked on for two days. They didn't have the toner we ALWAYS use so an employee TOLD us hey use THIS toner. It was Ash grey and we were like....um....Ash grey? We always use the purple stuff. She offered us this info and MULTIPLE TIMES assured us it would tone the hair pure white. Without exaggerating we asked FIVE times...are u sure? She was SURE. So we got it. Guess what? That gorgeous blonde we almost had achieved is now grey. Thank God I rinsed it out early. It was obviously not turning white. Now we can't do ANYTHING about it for six weeks at least after the bleach and toner. We were offered HORRIBLE advice that was flat WRONG. We didn't want this advice but we trusted that this store hired knowledgeable employees. Wrong. We are going to a salon tomorrow for advice and you can believe that this store will reimburse the cost of undoing this grey hair. My advice to you is don't trust these employees. If you have a concern, GOOGLE IT. Google knows more about hair than these people. This is legit b******** Legit.

I wanted to dye my hair black and had no idea what to get, one of the employees were very helpful and patient while explaining the different options as well as their personal suggestions. They even helped me choose options that I could get discounts with, which was a real money saver. My hair did turn out the way I wanted thanks to the products they recommended!
