New self-service is not a welcomed change. I hate to see this story go there. Update: Went yesterday on their busy Friday. Only check stands open were self checkout and the 10 or less. Did not feel welcome with my full basket.

Omari, our clerk was amazing! He was courteous, knowledgeable, and wonderfully respectful! I was so incredibly grateful for his help. He allowed my 9 year old to bag the groceries- He was so patient. Overall it was his kindness that made the visit a 10 in my book! Is definitely a peaceful end to the day.
