The online program and skills testing was clear and concise. Access is quick and accommodating. I’m very happy to have used STS to get BLS certified for the first time. Looking forward to other certifications.

safety training seminars with the american heart association has been a wonderful and easy experience. my original appointment had to be rescheduled due to using my ipad for the online modules(make sure to use a desktop or laptop to have all courses saved properly) amor was my trainer and gave me wonderful feedback and helped me with the rescheduling process. the online modules get you set up to make the in person easy breezy. definitely recommend coming here. also women owned yes!! you know we got to show up for the ladies!!!

Very clean set up, everything was primed and ready for use during training. The online session was quick and East, and the videos prior to entering helped tremendously. Only reason it's not 5 stars is that I personally think the bag-valve masks were a little spotty at times, but that could also be my technique needing to improve. Other than that, overall experience was good, definitely a calm environment to help focus on the task at hand.

It was a very independent experience, no instructor or anything. I initially thought this would be intimidating, but as I took the test I felt extremely relieved that no one was watching, and I completed the test quickly. The setup (the website and test site coordination) is super quick and convenient!

Very clean and quiet! A little confusing to get in at first but the directions from the email made it very clear. I really enjoyed the fast pace!

The only reason that I am leaving this review is because of the lack of communication when I tried reaching out multiple times, via email, phone. I registered for a PALS class this past Thursday and received an appointment the same day (6 hours from the time of registration) I thought this was fast up until 12:00pm, I started to get nervous because my appointment was just in 3 more hours. I began to email, call only to receive absolutely no response. I still had to complete the online portion. Finally getting someone on the telephone after letting it ring over 50 times. The nice person pushes my information through and I finally get my online portion to complete. This takes me at least 2.5 hours, now it's 2:20pm or so, I still have to drive 15 minutes to the site with traffic, that turned into 30. I arrived on time, barely. Walked into the site, into the room and people are in there. Talking on the phone. The place is ransacked. It's dirty, the manequins are shifted every which way possible. The green mask/bags are all over the place. Dirt all over the floor. I asked if anyone was using the station that was free? Lucky it wasn't as now it was well over 3:00pm -- 3:10 to be exact. The people finally leave, as they are trying to get a hold of customer service because apparently their session timed out. Upset as the pair exited the room. Looking for supplies, gloves are empty. Alcohol looks like it's 70% because it's like water. I don't even know if it was alcohol but okay whatever I say to myself, I just need to get out of here. I begin to log into a filthy computer, staring at the keyboard as if it had not been cleaned in months. Getting a closer look at the mannequins only to see dirt and scratches all over them. I began my session and lord help me, the adult mannequins was NOT the same mannequins that I used when I got my BLS & ACLS or were they? AWFUL, those adult mannequins need to be replaced!! The sensers are done!!! I really like the fact that Safety Training allows us to complete very important requirements as healthcare providers but come on Safety Training does anyone ever come out to clean? monitor? test out the equipment? I was even talking into the camera and pointing at the mannequins like "this is torture" the fee that we pay as customers is a lot, $290.00 for PALS alone which I don't mind but I do mind walking into a nasty filthy room, that's hot without air conditioning. Only to think "breeding ground" -- Please Safety Training, you must do better!

I recently completed a CPR and first aid training class with Safety Training Seminars, It was an incredibly valuable experience! The instructor was knowledgeable and engaging, making the content easy to understand and remember. The hands-on practice sessions were especially helpful in gaining confidence in performing CPR and administering first aid. I feel much more prepared to handle emergency situations now. Overall, I highly recommend this class for anyone looking to learn these critical life-saving skills.

This class was in a very convenient area for me and I received thorough instructions on how to access everything. I ran into a slight issue with a manikin but was able to immediately reach someone on the phone and continue my training. An extra perk is that you get a free CPR mask which I’m very grateful to now have on hand! Definitely recommend for first timers and I’ll be coming back for my renewal!
