I had a family emergency. I was in Southern California my sons car in Northern California wouldn't start road runner towing was there in less than 20 minutes got the car started very professional. I cannot thank these folks enough. This kind of service put this company, head and shoulders above all the rest.

Car would not start after shopping for 39 minutes. Called roadrunner towing. They said about an hour but the tow truck driver showed up in less than an hour. The driver was very professional and competent.

I used Roadrunner Towing 3 times in the past 4 weeks ( Feb/March 2022) and got 5 star service each time from the office and the highly skilled same tow truck driver. The driver was kind and professional . I recommend Roadrunner Towing and will call them again if my truck needs a tow.Service: Car towing

Got a quote for a tow over the phone and I accepted. Then when I got the car delivered they charged me way more than what they said. When I asked to speak to the lady in the office that quoted they weren't very helpful to find out who it was. Just find someone else

Honestly I wish I wasn't reporting how poor this service was for my family and I yesterday. We got into an accident on HWY 24 in one of the most dangerous areas possible. The car was a little less than half a mile away from the 580/980 and 80 split. The car accident happened around 2pm and that only started a series of poor customer service. We spoke with Rose, who in a 5 hour period provided false info and flat out did not care to help at all. The first call happened shortly after the accident. From there we called around 4/4:30pm to find that the driver could not find us, so I guess just gave up. Nothing communicated to my family and I, instead she waited until we called back to let us know. From there we called each hour on the hour to receive the standard and repetitive, " Yes your driver's current eta is 40-50mins." This was the answer for the next 3 hours. I completely forgot to mention that because we had been waiting in this awful spot on the freeway for that amount of time, it soon became dark and that more dangerous. Thankfully we were able to have CHP slow traffic to cautiously move to the nearest exit. The car was leaking fluids and was overall hazardous, which unfortunately makes Roadrunner's lack of customer service so much more aggravating. The moment we call again and she says the driver is 15-20mins out was incorrect and not only did we wait another 2 hours but the driver finally called and let us know that he was still 50 mins out. Now in the midst of that we were almost robbed and thankfully had family to take us to a safer area in the knick of time. Rose refused to give a last name, or employer number. Instead she made up a fake last name for herself and her supposed supervisor, Sam. This story ends with us cancelling and signing up with AAA. Only to find that the tow truck from Roadrunner arrived around 9pm. Minutes before AAA tow truck. Do better! No one should ever experience this.

Jose has been working at Roadrunner for 2 weeks. But he is totally AWESOME!!!! He came to help us with our car that would not shift out of park. Himand my husband took apart pieces on the engine to manually put it in neutral. Took 2 hours! He then towed it to our house and safely put it in the street! You got a real good guy there Roadrunner! Don't let him go!
