The boot selection is great. The staff and manager were very professional and down to earth. The employee helping me had me stand on the foot scanner to scan my feet and was I surprised my feet weren't the same size. Crazy. They took good care of my needs. I will be coming back and letting everyone I work with know to come here for work boots.

Came in here shortly after the “employees” at Work world didn’t help me out looking for work boots like i was invisible to them their loss your gain! This will be my new place for work boots the guy at the front was great help measured my feet to get correct boot size and showed me these insoles for my arched feet feels good to be treated like this thanks

I bought a pair of work boots in August, but didn’t start wearing them until April, as my old shoes still had some wear left. When I wore the new shoes to work for the first time, they killed my feet and dug into the top of my toes. Daniel and the manager allowed me to exchange them for a different pair of the same model boot, even though it was hard to feel anything obviously wrong with the first pair. Turns out there was something wrong, because this new pair feels great! I’m so thankful for Daniel and the manager working with me on this! My feet are happy now!

I’m done with red wings, I bought a pair of work boots, the boots leaked. The boots were no longer in stock so I had to pay extra money to get a more expensive pair. That pair leaked too! But in doing so I had used my warranty up already so now I’m stuck with a $280 pair or boots that leak. I’ve never heard of using a warranty up, if boots leak then they leak. They also refused to give a refund.I believe they have resorted to these practices because their manufacturing facilities have lost control of quality and they have too many leaking shoes.

Very bad service in that store, I bought some work boots and they are still under warranty and they did not want to exchange them for me. The employee was not very friendly. I do not recommend that you buy there.
