Convenient place with big parking lot. Easy to make appointments, easy to check in, everything is in time. Welcoming, polite, top professional phlebotomists.

I think it would be helpful to have someone greeting and helping customers that might not be familiar or are older and not comfortable with self check in technology.
I assisted a gentleman who did not speak English and was not comfortable with the self check -in.There were others that also seemed a bit confused.

The young lady who helped me was very personable. I am afraid of needles, but she did such a good job, I barely felt anything. She was GREAT!!!

Very professional. Techs were running about 20-25 mins behind the pre-set appointments. They did communicate that to us on arrival, so there was no surprise.

Very fast, efficient, great communication with not just me about my sugar test and checking making sure I feel OK, and if im comfortable with getting my blood drawn or seeing the needle.
But the communication with walk ins who didn't have an appointment but wanted to be seen sooner rather than later. The staff handled it great and was not rude like other companies can be.

If giving 0 stars was possible, I would’ve rated this place that. Horrible customer service, rude phlebotomist and very unprofessional! If you need to get your lab results done make a quick drive somewhere else instead of wasting your time and walking out disappointed. The lady seemed irritated and upset that she had to do HER job.. i can’t even give her a pass and say she was having a bad day, by the other reviews at this place it seems like that’s how they are on the regular.

Been having a really bad experience in this location, there's no way they can help you when something is down in their facility. Overall experience was very disappointing. I tried to adjust and give them chances, but I had enough.

I just needed to get a urine specimen container but I waited forever. Never go there without an appointment even if you will just get a container or just drop-off. Poor customer service.

Had an appointment at 12:00 checked in at 11:50. There was nobody behind the desk and the checkin was with on the computer. Waited an hour and never got called. I came in to ask what's going on they said they don't always call or text when your appointment is ready. Terrible service.

Don't go here if you're a walk in without an appt. I would give zero stars if yelp would allow it! After trying for weeks to get an am appt for fasting labs and my MD appt fast approaching to review those labs, I decided since they advertise walk in services that I would do that. I have broken my back on top of it all and its very difficult/painful to sit or stand or walk for that matter. I was the first one to check in today and I was the only one on the stand by list. After an hour I started asking, letting them know I have back fractures and am in pain. One tech told me I could be next but a half hour later, I was told they're busy today and walk ins have no priority no matter the check in time and that walk ins are taken when there are no appts waiting and sometimes that's not until the end of the day!!! I was offered the supervisors number but was not given it. What kind of crap policy is that? They advertise but actually DO NOT OFFER WALK IN service, plus they don't set aside any morning appts for fasting blood orders. To be forced to leave after causing myself so much pain by waiting, is a terrible thing. I'm a cash pay patient, but this place has lost my business completely! Not one person was sympathetic to my broken back and the pain I was in and the effort it was just to come in to their office, let alone wait and hour and a half and then be told to keep waiting, even all day? Ridiculous!
