I received a text before my appointment time once I was there just click on the link and they told me to have a seat and I was called back within five minutes. Great job.???

Convenient place with big parking lot. Easy to make appointments, easy to check in, everything is in time. Welcoming, polite, top professional phlebotomists.

I think it would be helpful to have someone greeting and helping customers that might not be familiar or are older and not comfortable with self check in technology. I assisted a gentleman who did not speak English and was not comfortable with the self check -in.There were others that also seemed a bit confused.
