I went over to Q fashion over the weekend with my daughter and the people there were really attentive and helpful making me and my daughter feel comfortable and showing us the clothing options based on what she was looking for. Manager was super cool, employees were on point. Prices didn’t break my bank. My daughter and wallet will very likely return.

I put on a pair of the $20 jeans .. the day I bought it the zipper ended up popping open. I was actually out and about so I had to try to fix it myself. A few days later I took it back to try to “exchange.” And the manager proceeded to push up and down the zipper as if I was lying and says no we don’t do exchanges if you don’t have a receipt. I had the tags for the actual pants. Their stuff is very low quality and they sell it for high price. They get their stuff from overseas clearly and it’s just a scam.

Customer Service is really terrible, managers and co-workers changed attitudes around each other then when one on with the customer. I asked to use the fitting room and once approved by the manager, I was denied access, and an employee even laughed as I was denied despite getting approval from the manager herself. I do not recommend this store terrible customer service, unwelcoming atmosphere, and passive aggressive employees.

They tell you items can be returned within 14 days but don't tell you that it's for store credit only. Then they say "she even circled it for you on the receipt". You get the receipt after you pay so how would anyone know its store credit only until AFTER you pay?
Eta: store credit is printed on receipt paper and expires after 60 days.
