We've known Gerry for years, and appreciate his knowledge and patience. Gerry is calm, professional and to the point. And a very kind man. The very descriptive negative review posted by another user was amusing, and I can see why someone might think that, because he does maintain a rather stoic expression, but I can tell you there's a heart of gold under that mutton chop moustache!
