“I ordered a poster from this shop online and the shipping was incredibly fast. I live quite close to their location (one hour away) so from the time I ordered to the time of delivery, I believe it was less than 24 hours.The poster I ordered was rolled and not framed, so there was some damage to the poster that might have occurred during shipping as the shipping box had some denting to it.When the shop asked for feedback on the order and I showed them photos of the poster with creasing/damage, they immediately offered to re-process the order and replace the damaged merchandise without me even asking.I haven’t received the replacement yet as I just communicated with them today, however, I would already rate this business five stars. The customer service is EXCEPTIONAL and I hope they realize how much their courtesy and responsiveness is appreciated.I will definitely be a repeat customer. ?”

“I had a FedEx return to send off and was able to drop off my box at this site. All you had to do was ring the doorbell and let them know that you were dropping off a package. I had already print out my label and stuffing to my box so it was ready. All the other FedEx to go places close early so this was perfect.”

“I’m leaving a 5 star review because the majority of my experience has been good. I come to this UPS at LEAST 3 times a week and have been for the past year. I do so to drop off my packages. However, I did want to bring an employee to attention because she’s been passively rude and clearly doesn’t want to work there. Because I stop by so much and at different times, I can recognize each employee that does as well. There are many that are extremely kind (I dont know them by name but the African American lady is always the kindest and always makes sure to greet me, and everyone else is very helpful as well). But there is this one employee, she has short blond hair and is a bit heavyweight, and everytime I walk in she lets out the BIIIGGGEST sigh in the world as if I’m such an inconvenience. And I understand I can be because sometimes I bring a wagon full of packages that she has to scan in. But this is her JOB she signed up for! Plus my packages are pre-paid so the MOST she even has to do is scan them in. Nothing more. She’s always sitting in the back of the store and when she sees me or anyone else walk in, she makes it a big deal like it’s SOOO much work to get out of her chair and come help us. The thing is, I thought she was having a bad day the first few times. But this is an occurring instance and makes me not want to ever come back to the store when she’s working. Thankfully there’s a self automated drop off area, so when she’s there I just help myself instead. Today I had to do so, because when I walked in, she let out a huge sigh, and didn’t even bother coming up to the register. Crazy.”

“I wish I had more stuff to do with all their available services. There were available staff quick to attend to your needs, I was barely waiting in line.All I needed to do was ship docs oversees, and it was quick and easy with knowledgeable and straight forward costumer service.”
