I've been coming here for years. I dropped off my new car for repairs and ended up spending $1600 even though they were unable to fix my car two problems. And paid double for parts that I was able to find in less than a minute and also new for half the price online.. I'm just a little upset. I think he shouldn't have changed me full price.

Took my truck in for a flat repair as there was a nail stuck in the tire. A few days later I noticed the pressure was low on that tire so I put more air in it, but kept slowly loosing air. I had to take it to a reputable tire shop and got it properly repaired. They told me whoever tried repairing this just didn't care as it was very poorly done.

I had issues with my tire pressure and when I called in the morning they said they could take it right away. Since I live really close, I took it right away. As soon as I pulled up the guy came right out and saw that it was a screw in my tire. They took it right in and fixed it within 20 min. Highly recommend this place.

Excellent customer service! Greeted us before we got out of our car and had our special ordered tires in stock in a few hours. Won't go anywhere else for tires for our Dodge Charger!

Extremely rude when I called to ask about a flat tire. I spoke with Goodyear prior to calling them and was told by Goodyear I should be able to be serviced at this location. Only to be told rudely, “they would be fixing flats all day long if that were the case. Good year does not pay them so they don’t do it. Sorry.” And hung up on my face. Will never patronize a business who conducts themselves like this. I am out of town and in need and he could care less. Will be speaking with Goodyear about their continued business with these people

Good work and great workers ; although the owner is really rude and disrespectful. He has zero customer service skills and is really rude over the phone . I will go elsewhere

So I ran over a screw and called around to see who could fix the tire. I spoke with Gonzalo who was straight-up, knowledgable, and very professional about scheduling. Went in the next day and Jay & Gonzalo got my flat fixed quickly at a lesser cost than several other places I called. Excellent experience.

I have a set of Goodyear tires on my Dodge Ram Quad Cab 1500 2009 truck, as I have always used, but the last set has given me a very hard ride with only 30K miles (approx.) on them. I have them balanced and rotated regularly, as well as getting the occasional alignment. Most of my mileage has been on the highway. The tires have a 50,000 mile warranty and I have paid for an additional insurance. So I take the truck into this Goodyear location and he tells me that there isn't anything that they can do, that I should call Goodyear. I guarantee!, this will be the last set of Goodyear tires that this truck sees. My friend Rob Tom also had bad luck with this dealer.
