Highly recommend. Great customer service. Targa top was starting to fade on my Vette and was looking to possibly get it wrapped. Spoke with Ron, told me to come by so he could estimate. Left the top with him and 3 hours later had it done and ready to re-install. Also gave me great advice on how to take care of my top moving forward. Great service and great result.

Brought my SUV in a few weeks ago for a quote and to make the appointment for getting all my pillars wrapped, Took it in yesterday to get done and the final product is perfect!! They did a great job and I love it! They know what they're doing and take pride in their work. Thank you Ron and Elizabeth!!....now to convince my husband to let me do my whole car lol

So I haven't even had the work done on my vehicle yet so this review is based on Customer Service alone. Ron goes above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable and making the best decisions in regards to the work being done. I am one who looks at customer service and knowledge when deciding who I choose to do business with and I'm sold on both with this company. Elizabeth is also a gem and very knowledgeable and helpful as well. I will be back to update this review once the work is complete but I have no doubt I'll be a happy and satisfied customer.

5-star experience, period. You will not find a better business owner than Ron. He's one the realest, down-to-earth, and transparent people you'll ever work with. I'd never had a wrap job done in my life and had to idea what to expect. When I first brought in my 2015 Range Rover Evoque to his shop, I had so many questions. He made sure to answer every question and told me up front if he would not be able to do something. I always appreciate such honesty. I was set on getting my car wrapped in glossy military green, which he did not have on hand. But he went out of his way to research a vendor that supplied that color, even if he didn't know them very well. It was a risk, but it was worth it. He kept me updated throughout the wrap process and made we were on the same page. Final product turned out even better than what I was expecting. I'm a happy camper

I called different wrappers and Phenom gave the most fair price. They vinyl wrapped the plastics for my Benelli TNT 135 and it looks absolutely amazing. The professionalism I received from them will definitely have me back and I'll be referring them to friends.

Absolutely amazing!! I did the chrome delete and badge removal on my 2018 suburban. They did an a wonderful job and the customer service was on point. If you are considering doing any custom work, no matter how big or small, definitely check out Phenom Customz...you won't be disappointed!!

Long overdue. Had my car wrapped here last summer, and Ron did an amazing job. He kept me in the loop on everything that was going on with my car throughout the time he had it. The quality of work, and his constant communication was above reproach. This is a small family ran business - and they do things right.
