I will never return to this Petco ever! The store manager is an absolute miserable human being and shouldn't be working in Costumer service. I have never witnessed someone so triggered because I stopped her to ask a question. I even told her it was ok and I'll wait forThe other associate who was busy at the moment. Her attitude was unnecessary and I feel bad for who works for her. She claimed she worked for the company 15 years and it CEARLY shows. Quit already it's not worth your happiness.

Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service with Alyson the dog trainer . She lacks poor customer she does not greet you . She is not friendly and because of that I would not want her to train my dog . If you pay for private lessons you definitely wants someone with enthusiasm to help you . I don't recommend this trainer Alyson or the Fairfield location.

This store goes above and beyond! There is a great selection of treats for my dog who is especially picky when it comes to liking something long term. They always have large 15.5lb bags of food for both my dog and my cat, which saves me money in comparison to buying the 7lb bags and multiple trips a month!! I DEFINITELY recommend coming here over Petsmart, and it's less than a mile from the Gateway Blvd. Petsmart location in Fairfield.

The app booking DOES NOT work at all. I tried it more than a few times and they don't see at the store. Then grooming department never answers their phone I mean NEVER AND THEY NEVER CALL BACK. I left a few messages with all the info as stated on the voicemail and never gotten a response back at all. I gave up and will be looking to using locally owned pet grooming from now on. This location has gotten worst. I don't like going to Pet Smart but at least they answer their calls no matter what.

I would leave zero stars if I could. Why have hours posted if you just close up early on a whim. My dog just came home from surgery and I needed to buy a bigger crate to house her and the cone, but you closed early despite Sunday posted as 7pm.

That Michelle lady hahahhaa why does she work at petco if she's not happy why does she work there. She always answers the phone with attitude and try to be a smart a** . Also to Joel, you need to do better. Disrespecting my sister because " she was not " on the pickup names when she was, and plus you gave her someone else's dog food. Do not come to this petco. Go to Vacaville location or better pet supply store.

Folks here are always great and courteous but it's evident how they are understaffed with a cashier having to cover on training, manning the aisle and helping customers.

I've gone to this Petco several times because it's in a convenient location for me. I've had decent experiences in this store, but today I noticed that they don't know how to handle their lines. I ended up in 3 different lines before I was checked out, and people who had just entered the lines were checked out before people who had waited several minutes. The workers were completely oblivious to that fact. I commented to the checker that I waited in 3 lines prior to checkout, but she ignored me. No apology whatsoever. Petco is overpriced as well. I'll either shop online from now on or go elsewhere.

My family and I were in need of an a terrarium and went to visit a nearby PetSmart. We discovered that the selection wasn't the best for a larger terrarium so we decided to venture out further to this PetCo. They not only had the 40 gallon plus tanks, but had great customer service. The manager Chris was great and ensured we had an equally nice experience. If you're in the market for a terrarium at a good price, I'd recommend visiting this PetCo.

Walked in the morning, nearly an empty store. Walked through the fish/watertank area looking for an item I saw online that stated available in my location. In the store I went to the section where I may find it. I thought, "...maybe I had missed it, but I'm not spending another 5 mins looking around." An employee was walking towards my direction. I said, "Good morning..." He walked pass by me without an acknowledgement, just a familiar facial negative expression that I often see from tired employees in service jobs--that look: What do you need now? I saw another employee and approached. I got the same look of condescension, not masking the facial expression whatsoever--to ask a simple question for the location of an item. I know service work can be a thankless job (I work in one), but in this case, this was an uncomfortable experience . I walked away with a weight as if I burdened the employees. Did I thank the employee that was quick to brush me off unpleasantly? I did. Though, I'd take it back. I'll just go to Amazon.
