Shawn and mechanics are great! I’m traveling Thursday of Labor Day weekend and driver side brake starts to smoke in stop and go traffic on I80E. Pull off to a gas station and they direct me to Payless Auto Tire and wheel.I told them my problem. It’s almost 3pm. They diagnose I approve caliper replacement and back on the road in a little over an hour. These guys are angels in coveralls!!!

Took my work ford work van there to get brakes and rotor done. Very honest and friendly people. Got everything finished in time to pick up my clients.

I ended up deciding to get tires elsewhere but the staff was very friendly and got me an estimate quickly. Offered to let me sit in their air conditioned office when I asked if I could park there and wait for a tow truck.

Prices are average, compared to other tire shops. They did notice I had a bolt loose that connects my steering column to the suspension. The worker informed me to go get a nut and come back the next to for him to install it. Well this is the only bad thing I have to say. When I returned he was off, but the employee who discovered it was there , he spoke to ( I guess the head mechanic in Arabic.) I had fun putting the nut on at home

I had a flat tire recently and it was on a Sunday. A lot of places were closed but I found that Payless Auto Tire and Wheels was opened so I took my wheel here for a repair. They did a great job and it was done quickly too. Give them a try if you need tire repair.

This location has helped me with minor tire issues 3 times. The most recent was after I tried to go to Costco tire center but they were too busy. I remembered this location so I stopped by. I explained what I thought was the issue and they pulled my car right in. Less than 10 mins later, they made the repair and I was on my way. Super low cost and very nice. I'd recommend anyone checking out this location for quick and reliable service.
