I was coming out of the new Food4Less when I remembered that the Goodwill store was at the end of the sidewalk. Decided to give it a quick peek before calling my Lyft back home. 1½ hours later, I came out of the Opportunity House Thrift Store with hats, blouses, outerwear, 2 pairs of shoes, and everything but the hats and shoes was 50% off!
Can we talk about the staff? SUPERB! YOU MUST GO!

I absolutely love this place. Its always clean and there's always a great selection. The staff here is amazing, especially Steven. He has helped me a lot with finding things and always has a smile on his face .

I had gone to other stores looking for a large size men's dress suit, I entered the place a little pessimistic and surprised!!! I found it in size, color and at an almost bargain price, it was marked $15.00 and they gave me a 50% discount. The cashier employee was super friendly, with a positive and cheerful attitude. And to add to that they were giving away bottles of hand sanitizer. I was very lucky. Thank you

Wonderful store ! I visited the store last week for the first time and everything was clean and organized ! I was randomly observing the toy zone and found over 25 toys to buy and best thing that occurred was the store had a sale of 50% of toys that day !!!

The collectibles and sports items are overpriced, most are really damaged. They price the golf clubs like they are brand new and act like they paid tons of money for them. Only thing I like about the thrift store is the customer service which they are super nice and helpful with everything. Also, the clothes are priced at a very good deal.

I just witnessed three white employees, one holding a large metal yardstick, kick a peaceful mentallly ill black woman out of the store when she had done nothing wrong, just talking to herself. When I spoke up and stated I was genuinely afraid for this woman's safety with their behavior (brandishing the stick, surrounding and crowding her) they condescended to me and spoke to me like I'm a child. Absolutely disturbing behavior from the employees. I am SO incredibly appalled.

Wow! Very disappointed! I arrived here on 3/31/23 at 10:45am to see a sign stating they are not accepting donations today because they are full. I’m sorry, if you close your Vacaville location you should expect to receive more donations at the only location in the area that remains open. I guess I will just have to take my items to Goodwill up the street. I’m sure Opportunity House is missing out on good opportunities for their mission!!

I used to get deals here. Now I get treated like any joe who walks in. When you spend thousands of dollars at a shop.......just got told by Richard , that I am a problem. They will post it at rhe front door! Well your overpriced to begin with , and give away to some people and now don't bargain with othersME.So keep your items as I will take my monthly allowance elsewhere!

Went there looking for a specific type of belt and although I didn’t find it, I did find this MK belt. Price was $2 but was 50%off so it came out to $1.08 and it felt like a steal for sure. Will definitely go back to look for more deals. Super friendly staff too.
